A new jigsaw puzzle!

I've got over 300 (yes really! ) but I do them again and again so at least I get my money's worth out of them, although most of them only cost me 50p to £1 each! :thumb:

There are some which were produced as part of a series, such as the JR Map collection ones of Asia, Africa, Ireland, Australia & NZ, British Isles, South America, USA, and Ireland (which I now have all of).

There's also some 'Zodiac' ones by Mind Games and so far I've managed to acquire Aries, Cancer, Leo, Sagittarius, Scorpio and Taurus but it's taken me yonks (years in fact!). So, when I looked on Ebay a week or so ago and found that there was a new and sealed Pisces one on there for 99p plus £2.95 postage and it coincided with my 50th birthday (so I am ACTUALLY a Pisces) I was extremely pleased ... fortunately no-one else bid on it so I got it for under £4.00!!! :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:

I'm now bidding on Gemini and Capricorn with my birthday money!

this week I bought two sa80 replica refills and 15 uniforms

This week I bought a mini grill pan with removable handle. Exciting!

Aaand... a Fiamma 4B bunk ladder! I know it's pricey (even after the Funster discount with John Cross) but I have ummed and arred for so long and kept an eye on ebay and caravan breakers for a suitable ladder, I thought sod it. I'll just get the Fiamma one.

Small person is after our bunk, on the grounds that she will go to bed before us and therefore we'll have to step up from her on the sofabed to get up to the bunk. Not having that! Ladder is required this year!
(and after Sharon took a nasty tumble last summer, misjudging her step down in the dark :Eek!:)

EDIT: More exciting than a grill pan or bunk ladder - I just purchased tickets to see KT Tunstall at the Minack Theatre!!! Cannot wait. We will of course be going down in MoHo and overnighting :-)

Mind you, I had to collect it from 14 miles away, and that was on the bike so while womans bits will be toasty warm, mine are STILL thawing out !!

You only have three sleeps until you get it :thumb::thumb::thumb:

But coating a motorhome - that's got to be a lot of work? How is it applied?

I'm thinking of a full cover myself...

Just taken delivery of my seat swivel for x250 with under seat tool box from Marcle leisure. Unboxed and looks a good sturdy piece of kit.The good thing about it is its universal and swivels both ways.Hopefully get it fitted at the weekend if it stays dry.

Won this on Ebay and it came today - absolutely fantastic! It is a 'proper' laptop in mini form, not a netbook on steroids, and as an unexpected bonus it has the 8-cell battery so has a longer battery life than the standard version. Well happy! :thumb:

After all the reports of appliances causing death and destruction I thought I should check the cooker we bought 2 years ago.. A Flavel.

Guess what.. Yup... on the bloody danger list for producing monoxide !!

Woman has always hated the damned thing and it was the perfect excuse she was looking for !!

So a ANOTHER new cooker is being delivered in 2 weeks time

"The Ascaso Dream Versatile range are hand crafted, assembled and tested in Barcelona by the very best artisan metal workers. The surface irregularities are charecterisitics of the artisan process."

Was the paint finish a little rough???

Personally I have a Gaggia (now owned by Philips) it's good enough but THE MOST IMPORTANT THING is the grinder - you've got to get the perfect size grinds to get the best from the coffee. Ready ground stuff from the supermarkets is pretty naff.

New window rubbers for my 18 year old. I've decided not to go to Europe this Summer and in between touring the UK, I'll refurbish all the windows, seals and re-vinyl the walls to freshen her up.

An OBD2 scanner. Just plugged it into the M/H and it comunicated so I guess it works :thumb:. Hope now I never need it.
