Sorry if the links I supplied where the wrong size Alde must have used a different size I guess what size did the thread end up being was it 1/2" BSP instead of 3/8" will just help others in the future if needed.changed the ball valve on the hear exchanger. The first one I'd bought on ebay from the link posted on here was not the right one . Too small inside so garry nipped out to a few places to find another.

I fitted Mintex disc and pads to my Hymer and they squealed, contacted Mintex and they sent me some stick on anti squeal pads , donāt know why they didnāt supply them originally. Sorted the problem
Those wheels are in an awful state with standing all those years. Looking great now though.
I had new discs and pads on the front last year, and the pads (don't know what brand though), have done nothing but squeal when cold, so I think I'll get a set of Brembo, Ferodo, or Bosch.

From memory your Flair is very evenly balanced with the rear axle about double the front on a weigh bridge so I have done this as one calculation but normally would do it for each axle, for tyre pressures I use a rule of thumb, actual axle weight divided by maximum axle weight multiplied by the maximum tyre pressure, your tyres will be 121 rated so 1450kg per wheel and a maximum pressure of 5.75 bar or 83.4 psi, @ 6 wheels maximum load would be 8700kg = 5850/8700 = 0.672 using 83.4 psi as the maximum 0.672x83.4=56.0448 psi I then usually add 10% to that to cover any imbalance side to side so I would be happy with 62 psi which luckily is very close to the figures you got from Falken the Palace is much heavier on the front axle at just over 2600kg when empty vs yours at about 1900kg I think so I run 76 psi front, it was delivered with over 80 all around and running empty that wasn't good.Not according to the tyre manufacturer.
I am plated at 6850Kgs, and in full holiday mode with E-Bikes onboard, I'm running at 5850Kgs.
My tyre wear is consistently even, both across and around the tread, on both front and rear.

Yes our front axle load is rated at 2900kg which is more than some vans are running all up
Anybody with 225x75x16 might find this table interesting, it's from Continental but I don't believe the name matters its down to the designed load rating and maximum pressure.

S is for single and T is for twinned wheels, then it's just axle load referenced up to pressure in bar 1 bar = 14.5 psi.
We are actually plated at 2300Kgs on the front axle Martin, but appreciate actual running weight might be less. Trial and error with tyre pressures and front air bag pressures finally settled at 4 - 4.2 bar in the tyres, and 3 - 3.5 bar in the air bags. A higher tyre pressure became bone shakingly uncomfortable.
