The resurrection of Doc, bringing a 20 year old neismann Bischoff Flair back to life after 12 years off road.

Oh I know that .
Squash is orange in colour , similarity ends there !
Actually didn't realise it was still available.
Vodka and orange , way back , was squash . Don't think you see it pubs anymore ?
Squash is various colours.all depends on what flavour 👍

So do I, but changing dog food suddenly upsets their stomach's... so you mix it over a period of time.

Also 4 dogs go through a fair bit food and France is expensive. I've only 50kg of dog food 😆

I do however have 27 bottles of squash

Ye cannae find it in Europe
You certainly can, look in France for Tesseire it’s a brand name , comes in various flavours and it is in aluminium bottles with a plastic flip lid , very good quality too👍

Apparently not allowed to carry fuel on a ferry in containers either .

Now Doc has a diesel tank = plastic
A 20 litre petrol tank for generator =plastic

There's a plastic petrol tank on the scooter.

But you're not allowed to carry an empty or full petrol cannister...also plastic .

I don't get it.

I'm sure someone just makes up these rules for a laugh.

2 years ago I crossed to France on Brittany Ferries and had the garage checked "Any fuel in containers?" - "Yes 5 litres of diesel" - "That's OK but no more than 5"

Came back on DFDS through Dieppe - no fuel in containers allowed.

Check in was delayed while I emptied the 5 litres into the tank - ridiculous!

The only time carrying fuel in containers has been a problem - DFDS

What did you do with your fuel?

Hid it

Tuning box definitely makes a difference on general performance, it will never be car like but was always a bit sluggish pulling out junctions etc but pulls a whole lot better ,acceleration is great and constant.. up the gears much faster. Pulls well up hills . Will have to see if it nows holds speed on inclines or not .. here's hoping .

No pulling to the left now either and no bangs or knocks so I think it's mostly been our road surfaces .

🤞🤞

Lack of pulling left could be French camber is to the right cancelling out what you experienced in the UK.
It wasn't pulling to the left anymore yesterday either.

Syrup? It's a lot more expensive than UK stuff though.

We carry these in the van - about 4” square & the equivalent of a litre bottle!

Parked up for tonight just around the corner from the parts shop at a little inland beach and lake. The part should have arrived by 9am so I'll collect it after that.

Nice walk around the lake for the mutts
