I am carrying a fair bit of extra supplies., diluting squash , tins of soup ( yes I like soup) etc ...probably a good 100kg of food stuffs .

But I still have spare capacity that's the main thing . And I'm well below my axle weights... now I've some dog food In the garage the front is possibly lighter.

.. uncle Lenny HB took me out a drive in his today and whilst his wee van goes like the clappers it rattles more than mine does , it also drifts to the left a little so I'm feeling better about that . His ride actually feels harsher than mine on the roads around his as the road surfaces are grim . I didn't notice mine pulling half as much on the drive up to weighbridge and it was quite a pleasant drive overall.. I fitted my tuning box yesterday, it does seem to be a bit quicker on acceleration but still slowing on hills , it came preset on setting 3 of 8 so I think I'm going to try it on setting 5 once over the water see how that is .

My b2b however is still not kicking in 30amps . My battery is at 73% so I thought it would have been putting 30amps in but it was more like 15amps .

You should never be over your limit then really. Plenty of room for a couple of camels when you get to Morocco. 😂👍
Yeah will never be overloaded. I'll not be carrying the weight I've got onboard again really. I did kind of go overboard with stuff just to see how it turned out. And if I really wanted to it can be up plated but I don't need it.

Drives very well considering its weight. Heaviest van I've had before was 5200kg.

If I can get that wee more boost uphill I'll be chuffed. On the flat it goes like stink. Climbs steep hills ok too its really just those motorway inclines trying to maintain 60 that's an issue
