For details on how to pay see post #163 (PAGE 9).

On arrival you will get a newsletter with all the timings etc and any useful information I can glean from the campsite.

Nearer the time I will be asking you for approximate arrival times, so your novice Marshals can be there to greet you. I will also let you know if you have to check-in with the campsite first, or if we are allocating your pitches. All will become clear in the fullness of time, I am sure it will

Welcome Friday -an evening for meeting old and new friends, while enjoying wine and cheese nibbles, no need to bring anything (other than your best smiley face and a chair) unless you don't like cheese and wine!

Spooky Saturday - Witch and Warlock evening. Dress up as much or as little as you want and party with the Spooksters until your feet ache!

Social Sunday - there's a rumour of a Pumpkin whittling master class, if youfancy giving it a go, bring your own Pumpkin.

Sunday evening - A quiz followed by ..........more socialising of course.

Here's a little reminder of the campsite fees, payable on arrival -Pitchfeesare £12.50/night, EHU is £5/night extra.
The deposit is £10/head & is for additional costs...marquee/food etc.

Is anyone going to this meet who has an older vehicle with a music tape machine. .. I have a load of music cassettes .. Gladys Knight, Johnny Mathis, etc .. and I am loathe to just dump them in bin .. some happy memories and people with the old machine can no longer buy them. . So if you want them let me know and they are yours..
