We were out for a walk along beach in castellon and jade had gone to see a dog

Heading back to van now and it was bright and sunny when I came out and now it's foggy and can't see more than 15 feet in front lol

Just working my way down to murcia to pick up milo in a fortnight

Might be an idea to have a spell of concentrated obedience with Jade before she is joined by Milo, coz you may well find yourself no longer in prime position once she has a new ,impressionable partner in crime.

Hmm I know what you mean but she does nothing i tell her at the minute if other dogs around.

Who knows maybe having milo as a constant companion may have an effect

Maybe she'll go down the behaving to impress route lol.


Just been out on the bike for a bit , moved the basket back to the back of bike and she likes that better , I also added some pipe lagging round the top if it that cushions her more and that seems to work. She runs alongside most of the time anyway if there's no roads about.

Shes knackered now

Hmm, the basket modifications are good, but sadly her behaviour /obedience will deteriorate on the arrival of Milo. Remember the two of them speak "doggy"as a first language , ("doggy Spanish" at that) so once they have each other getting your point across could well prove exceedingly difficult!
Even expert, highly experienced dog trainers will tell you that attempting to train two dogs simultaneously is almost impossible , certainly if you have an older, more experienced dog the younger apprentice will probably copy it to some extent but that is both good and bad behaviour. Be warned ,"Mama Val " has spoken.

Well I just got off the phone to me mam

She sounds loads better ....And the good news is she's getting home on Tuesday

They will be sending a team of 2 nurses in 4 times a day initially to help her with stairs and getting up and out of bed etc.

Our second dog Spice is very well behaved, largely trained by Meg the older. I have noticed that Meg obeys with less urgency since he's arrived. Possibly because she has moved up the pecking order or perhaps just getting older.

To be honest between all the dogs back home at mum's and the ones I've met travelling none have been any better behaved than jade , they all do as they please when other dogs around.
When it's just me and her she's fine , she just gets her I want to play head on with other dogs and doesn't listen
