Unfortunately not , all the animals were lost during that big foot and mouth think in the early 2000's

Only squirrels and the odd peacock there now

You might be proud of your 'SCO' but you would not be legal if going abroad again.

Of course it would be a mute point if challenged as to why anyone was not displaying country of registration if one pointed to Wales, being the DVLA home.

Why ? None of the other countries display EU so if they don't have to display their union I dont have to display mine ?

I don't think it is possible to obtain a number plate without the 'EU Stars' and your country of registration with-in the EU. Also, no personalised plates, unlike the UK.
