Tam &Toby do Europe ...Take two

Tam your Mum does look really well, and good that she’s out and about.

Wonder what distracted Milo to make him go so far away.

Just means you have to watch him for the next couple of visits to the beach.
No idea...i think he followed the wrong person.

You do get idiots here who think it's funny to whistle on your dog....I've shouted at a few of them in angry broad Scots

Yeah, I can picture that, without the 'orange'gumshield though!
I aged again overnight

A sandy coloured dog on a sandy coloured beach. Nope, I can't see him. Maybe I should have gone to SpecSavers.

So I moved to Rota today....the town isn't really much to see but nice beach and a big forest that runs the length of it which is great for walking the dogs in the shade , there's a free aire here so i used the services but it's full of longtermers jammed in like sardines as are the couple of other parking spaces nearby so I've parked up a side street behind the football park and next to a quaint little park with benches and a duck pond. ...has some shelter and away from any bars or noise.

Not many pics but here's what I took today the packed aire is the last one

So left sanlucar yesterday heading West....I'm actually only 30 km from sanlucar but have to drive over 100 to get here due to the national park , so we visited el rocio...wasn't impressed to be honest it was dead and a bit boring....And then drove to the coast to matalascañas...And parked overlooking the beach.

El Rocio is a Pilgrimage town with few permanent inhabitants, Sundays are the best time to visit when each weekend a few of the different Hermanidades strut their regalia around, firing loud rockets by hand and ending up in the church.

If you want some real action try going at Pentecost when upwards of half a million turn up in ox carts etc for the annual Romeria

Don't know what happened with that post, I started a reply to your earlier post about Sanlucar but abandoned it because I wanted to attach a photo.

Sanlucar is the home of Manzanilla considered by many, including me, to be the finest dry sherry.
