Yea I think it's 30 days it's to let the vaccine get to work properly you won't be on your own coming over there's motorhomers leaving every day and who knows I'll probably be still fecking about Southern Spain by the time I get my Mrs out of the cheap booze shops in Gibraltar!

It's mad that I've done 26 countries now on my own but I'm just nervous about Morocco because its different.

I wouldn't kick yourself too hard mate. I've been trying to follow all the dog shots stuff on here and I was completely lost months ago. Must be hard work trying to figure it all out for 3 dogs.

Aye its a minefield lol. A couple I chat with on Instagram are also planning to go to Morocco next month. They've had their bloods taken and their vet is now talking about some other vaccine that's required which I've heard nothing about a v10 vaccine or something

I'm going to just head back to mazarron just now , ill get vaccine done this evening and pick up a sim card . Might aswell .

V10 is the booster vaccine jab for Hepatitis , leptospirosis and distemper, it would have showed up on the blood test ( Mrs C works for a Veterinary practise)

Tam we are thinking of heading over as well, our dog has titre test certificate, do we need anything else and do we need a vet to worm her before we return to Spain please

You're asking the wrong person as I'm flying by the seat of my pants here , I was only aware of the rabies and titre test situation anything else is new to Me. But I have a supply of worm tablets in the camper anyway . I will ask the vet later when I take ela if they need anything else and I'll let you know what she says

Never mind mhf, half the folk I follow on Instagram are also heading that way , 2 have just sailed from Italy heading to Morocco and a few are here in Spain going through the same dog stuff as me at the minute. It's gonna be busy by the looks of it

I thought going over to Morocco stopped the 90/180 clock

Yeah I did as I hadn't planned to be away that long , I planned to be back home by mid April at latest , having returned from Morocco around the end of February mid March. Mainly as I need to work when back to replenish the funds. Sell this motorhome when prices are good etc and build the vario or buy another van

But it'll work out. I've plenty time for Schengen etc as I only entered on 26/11 so even if I left end of January for Morocco I'd still have around 3/4 weeks shengen time when I re entered.

My budget may well take a hit though . But its cheaper here than say france/ uk/ Ireland so I'll survive lol .

Aye Ireland was a shock lol . I spent nearly as much there in 9 weeks as I spent in 5 months last year through about 15 countries

Total spend last winter from November to April was £3750 . Think I'm about £4k this year so far and just over half last years mileage.
