Its just the reflector so will hopefully be okay. It's not going to be motd just now anyway. I'd rather wait till I'd cleaned all the underside up etc. Won't be going anywhere with it just now anyway . Ideally I want to start resealing the windows etc first so I can move in to it in a couple of weeks. Definitely looking out for a caravan once the other 2 vans have gone.

I'm going to start a new thread probably tomorrow which will just be day to day stuff , the renovation of " Moby" thanks Mikey RV for that suggestion.

Might make life easier.

That rear bumper can rebuilt using GRP the resin sticks quite well to ABS.

That solar panel can't be doing much there is a shadow on it from the roof bar. Obviously fitted by an idiot.

Aye ill fix the bumper no probs with a bit of fettling .


Solar panel does surprisingly well at the minute but then it's only one small leisure battery.

It will work OK when there is no shadow on it, you could remove that bar doesn't look like it does anything.

Aye I plan to . I'm hoping for some long dry days next week to get on the roof and reseal everything. The solar roof brackets are also a bit loose so they need redoing and I want to remove that satellite dish too

Yeah I may well replace that panel as I think it's very old.

That carpet above the bed has to go ....its awful , and the panels below the bed and the green ones on the roof above bed also need recovered as they feel yucky

Curtains will be getting remade in a nicer colour at some point too but not a priority at present.

Need new lights inside too as the ones in it aren't pretty . All new leds will go in..

Nah its obviously "Toys for Boys" we love any flashing lights and dials, and want them on full show, so when we entertain a lady and she asks....what's that flashing thingamajig?, we can look cool, and say that's my Solar Charger darling, we are currently getting ourselves charged up, and it not costing us a penny.
