Nope I've checked all that removed it unplugged it thrown it round the van replaced it tried again ...its been sat in 9 different places now till I tried to retune . Only thing that's changed is Jackie is parked behind me but surely that can't have caused itI know it might sound silly but the aerial hasn't loosened, or fallen out of the TV has it? (Just by you moving about in the van).
Only suggesting this from experience! Mine does it regularly as it's so slack when I push it in the TV.
Any advice on how to tighten it is welcome!
Yes DVB2 same as UK.LENNY ! you're needed Lenny HB
Do they use DVB2 in Spain ?
If your ariel is powered, are you sure it's still got power ?
If you are just using a low gain aerial it's probably atmospherics affecting the reception. Often clear sky's with high pressure is worse. No worries , this mh doesn't have an Ariel on the roof or anything. So I've just a wee cheap airiel I bought online which is remarkably good in the UK and I've Neen picking up 10 to 30 TV channels here usually of which I can get 5 or 6 that play English programmes that have selectable language on ...paramount network , dmax , etc . Usually can get a few old movies that way . But not working tonight which is very weird
I think I meant DVB2Yes DAB2 same as UK.
Not done a silly and when retuning the TV selected ATV instead of DVBIt's just this wee thing , I posted about it months ago when I bought it , usually its fantastic . I was picking up 70 odd channels in Ireland with it. Loads at home all the free view stuff . In Spain I usually get all the free ones some if which I can get the original language filmed in .
It's still getting power etc just not getting any dvb channels View attachment 698875

We've been to the Grand Mundo a couple of times, can definitely recommend it - one tip, if you buy a beer get it in a large stein type glass as it works out a lot cheaper than buying it in smaller amounts. If it's this one you mean Tam, I can recommend it!
We've used it a few times and it's very good. Seem to remember the price per head varies according to time and day you go, (cheaper if early in the evening etc.) and they had a peculiar practice of giving you a takeaway bottle of wine if you bought and got through two bottles whilst eating?
There is a section of the buffet where you pick your raw ingredients, and the chef cooked them to order for you.
Very good selection of puddings too.

Sometimes inside and Sometimes outside , but it wouldn't work last night anywhere I put itTam, do you use the ariel inside the van cos we've got the same one and find it works much better if you put it out on the roof through the roof window. I fixed a penny washer to the roof with mastic and the magnet attaches to that. Job's a gooden
Bazza
That would be a Tanque, trouble is unlike the U.K. they rarely go above 3/4 full and your back ordering again. We've been to the Grand Mundo a couple of times, can definitely recommend it - one tip, if you buy a beer get it in a large stein type glass as it works out a lot cheaper than buying it in smaller amounts.
Can your phone take an e-sim?Finally got my sim tray out and what a pain. ... I only have 2 slots so if I fit a 2nd sim I lose my sd card which I have all my music and photos stored on . Jackie's phone she bought here in Spain has 2 sim slots and an sd slot .
Mine which is 4 times the price has one or the other ...
I think it can but I've sorted the problem for now by putting it in my tablet and just using a WiFi connection to my phone . As I use my tablet for downloading etc anyway it works fineCan your phone take an e-sim?
I've an iPhone 13 mini, wanted a 2nd SIM for a second phone number for business - can't use a physical SIM but a virtual eSIM worked fine, 2 numbers, 2 different networks. Some providers do them, some don't, you'd need to ask *if* your phone would accept one - I'm not sure about the dark side of Android phones
This colour reminds me of my childhood. We lived in a very old sprawling house with copious outbuildings. Over the wash-house was a loft full of part tins of paint. If anything needed painting my mother (the practical parent) would mix several part tins together to get a suitable amount. Regardless of the actual colour of the paints, the resulting mixture always ended up as a pale green very like that van.Dropped off Jackie's iPhone to the repair guy this afternoon and he's going to have a look at it , we then decided to go for lunch instead of going for dinner tonight. So we had a lovely menu del dia in a wee restaurant along the sea front . They had amazing warm crusty bread drizzled with olive oil . But jees what an amount of food, big salad to share , plus a plate with a white crusty loaf and a brown crusty loaf. Then I had spag bol for my starter , Jackie had creama zuccini which was a kind of soup. Then we both had seafood paella for mains which was huge and so much seafood in it , and then I had whisky ice cream for desert and she had a coffee and a bottle of white wine between us . €24 all in and I was stuffed , it was also fun riding the scooter back after 2 glasses of wine lol .
Was nearly falling asleep when got back at 4 ish so took dogs out for a second walk to wake up .
Another cracking sunset tonight.
