Impressive pictures. I have a Samsung S8 and have been gobsmacked with the camera. Took some video on Saturday on Kent and East Sussex railway, titled and edited on the phone and its great quality. I have a folding bluetooth keyboard for it which will go in my pocket. Hardly need camera, video camera or laptop. The phone does it all and makes phone calls too.

Yes I use my s7 for everything...havent used computer or laptop in a long time , and I never did have a great digital camera just a fairly cheap thing but haven't used it in a good few years as this is my 3rd Samsung phone and always great pics from it.

The only downside is say was nightime pics are never the best but otherwise it's great.

I think the clue is in the name "Gadansk" on the stern .. could be it's registered home port or the ship's name.

I just saw the worlds first autobegger

First you had auto pilot then satnav and now the auto begger.

I kid you not I just passed a pile of blankets and bags etc and a piece of card with writing I can't interpret and the standard coffee cup...but the person had obviously been required elsewhere so he's put a doll like dummy thing in his place with a card saying

"vuelvo en 5 minutos"

And there's money in the cup

I don't want to tempt fate bit I've seen quite a few sleeping rough on my travels some with nothing others very well dressed and with backpacks and suitcases etc.

I got to thinking if I was homeless I'd certainly prefer it here than at home....at least it's warmer and drier here , there's water fountains everywhere , showers on the beaches and an endless supply of oranges growing everywhere.....a lot better than a cold wet doorway in the UK

Nice spot of lunch today tried muscles for the first time then some grilled mackerel followed by tiramisu, drink , coffee and bread included €9 ....cheap as chips round here , I also saw a 3 bedroom apartment for €25k one street back from the beach ...needs a little work to tidy up but good stuff.

You might find that by the end of a yearyou want to up-size , I find that having plenty of room is a real plus , particularly if you get a spell of weather that's not so good .and load capacity is another .

I'm about to get soaked it would seem. Parked in denia and climbed up to visit the castle ....bright and sunny outside so just in jeans and a t shirt

Half way round the castle and the heavens open and it's torrential rain

Hiding out in the cafe hoping it goes off or I'm going to be like a drowned rat when I get back to franky.

Thought I'd escaped this having to carry a jacket or umbrella weather lol

I'm still waiting and it's been over 2 hours.
Cafe closed so had to make a dash for it ...absolutely soaked through and then when I got back to franky I'd left a skylight open so floor is soaked in kitchen and damp patch on roof ....fly screen and blind is dripping aarrrrghh ..
I've had one of those days today lol.

I passed many of the plastic chair ladies today ....this one I'm sure had a cast on her right arm .....she's either very hard worked or left handed
