He looks like my kind of guy.......Ooft it's took me 15 minutes just to read through this thread and pop thanks etc on comments since my minor indiscretion.
But of a delay in posting since some little madam chewed through my bloody phone charger cable.
As she hasn't chewed anything else ever in the van I can only assume she figured if I was back on here is spend less time fussing over her so she resorted to sabotage.
She's been in a funny mood the last few days .....insisted on driving one day and I patiently sat for 10 mins while she tried to figure out how to reach the pedals and then I had to take over.
Stayed in the same spot in Malaga for a week as it was handy for the beach and I got a nice tan ....even jade now has a few Brown bits.
I met this really weird but interesting belgian dude who was an artist and a little eccentric
He turned up on the Friday evening while I was sat outside the van catching some rays ....at first I thought he was German as he spoke like colonel grubber from "hello hello"
He said " gud evenink kanst du tell me es eet okaaaaay fur me too park ze car here? Ee do not hav ze camping car but I sleep outside eet and I don't vish too be ze bother"
I said no probs claus knock yerself out
And that was that I couldn't get rid of him.
Strange dude ...he had a lifesize maniquin in his passenger seat that he had dressed exactly like him complete with straw hat and a pipe ...and a stuffed dog in the middle seat
Stark raving bonkers he was but a decent chap so we slaughtered the bottle of Greek wine I've carted round Scotland England and most of spain ......i do like a well travelled grapeand put the world to rights
I told him youd all banned me from here and he said " zat es nicht zo gut .....in my day ze wud be shot zen brought bak to lifes und shot again! " bit harsh but there was no holding him back.
P.s he also thought ze hymers were gut wohn mobils
Anyway I woke up in the morning and true to his word he was sleeping outside .....im glad it didn't rain. ....he was 74 and was heading to morroco as it was apparently his life's dream to visit Africa and paint some place ...thoroughly nice guy he was
Had lunch with the barber dude that cut my hair on Sunday .....he took photos lol apparently my tattoos impressed him and he wanted my pic for his website .....jade might have sneaked in a few too.
