Have a brilliant time mate,, beats breaking fingers digging and laying bricks this winter down trenches! Lolol. Enjoy!!
Lovely.Back to greece again ...but using croatia etc to extend time
Sorry not ignoring but only just seen this. I see others have replied and you are sorted now.Can you tell me how to do that, thanks
I hope you are going to keep us updated on your travels too.Have a great trip. We're leaving on the Tunnel Tuesday morning but heading in the opposite direction back off to Spain and Portugal. Beech can't wait for sandy beaches and warmth for her arthritis. I'm over this uk weather already!
No place to store one unfortunately ...even storing my sleeping bag is a challenge. It's more the fact the cushions move so you fall between them and being 6 ft 3 its not really long enoughWould a topper help Tam?
Absolutely Brilliant Idea !!!!!!!Would a topper help Tam?
Thank you. It looks amazing. I can’t believe it’s the same van.
Nothing worse then uncomfortable sleep, I would compromise on other stuff to be able to Chuck in a high quality comfortable mattressWell that was the first night sleeping in the van and i can categorically state it was not comfortable and i will have to explore other ways of making a bed up in this ....the dogs dont seem keen on the van either but we might just get used to it as its only for a few months. Back to pouring rain here this morning . Just having a coffee before doggy walks and then ill take the old one to asda for her shopping and hopefully set off after that.
Will have a look in Asda for a carbon monoxide alarm as im a little worried about this van to be honest. I dont want to wake up dead
Have you got a toolstation close they seem good on priceWill have a look in Asda for a carbon monoxide alarm as im a little worried about this van to be honest. I dont want to wake up dead
Tam, we've just bought a PVC after having a huge A class and had a bit of a storage problem with the bedding so we disposed of the bolster cushions at the back of the bench seats (they're now in the loft at home) and used the cushion covers to store our bedding. Wondering if this would work for you to store a decent mattress topper.Well that was the first night sleeping in the van and i can categorically state it was not comfortable and i will have to explore other ways of making a bed up in this ....the dogs dont seem keen on the van either but we might just get used to it as its only for a few months. It wouldn't fit ...the beds probably only 5ft 5 long ...and right behind the front seats .Nothing worse then uncomfortable sleep, I would compromise on other stuff to be able to Chuck in a high quality comfortable mattress
Nice idea but mine are ex caravan cushions and covers aren't removable etc .Tam, we've just bought a PVC after having a huge A class and had a bit of a storage problem with the bedding so we disposed of the bolster cushions at the back of the bench seats (they're now in the loft at home) and used the cushion covers to store our bedding.
