Tam, As soon as Dave told me you were bringing your new van over to him for rework I watched your thread with a keen interest as Dave and Claira have been working on my van replacing a heavy iron framed bed with 20x20. Dave’s design and attention to detail is fantastic and he is a master craftsman, He is rare in the converters world someone you can trust
I love the work he has done on your van, it appears better than original. Enjoy many years in your new van

Sunday roast looks mouthwatering but for me the veg and gravy would be perfect without the meat.

I agree , having seen what hes done so far in the sprinter he's working on too he knows his stuff. He's done a great job on this im well chuffed with how ite turned out and the dogs love the extra space.

Im not a big drinker i like cider , red wine and an occasional beer thats it.

The other van 'Bodgit Bill' is selling is minging, looks like he has pinched the cupboards from an old hospital. am sure though that some poor sucker someone will find it just to there taste, as there is no accounting for it.

I know some can take 150 kg but the norm is 75kg.

Yeah thats normally for the ball itself but the racks tend to actually get bolted to the towbar instead of the towball. In this case its a big solid bar so it will be fine.

I haven't weighed it but at the current plate weight of 4500 i have 950kg payload. I can uprate to 5000kg which would give me 1450kg

But they dont actually fetch a lot of money. Quite a few very optimistic sellers on ebay.

I can make one for about £200 so not looking to pay more than that for one.

Vario is out in the street , Wissel is in the caravan , MH is in the drive .

He will be setting off at silly o'clock in the morning to get back to horncastle.

Aye but it is a big solid towbar. Much more substantial than the one i had on the hymer. It will take a couple of hundred kilos
