Nope
Even a standard vario panel van new is €83000 ....4x4 a lot dearer.
Custom built body varies depending on spec but the few guys ive spoke to in the last few months over here with these overlander type bodies the prices are unreal.

I suppose it depends what folk want. I dont know what brand new motorhomes there was back then that was mercedes 4x4 with 7.5 tonne capacity. Then I suppose it depends what is inside
I know when i was talking to this english guy at Elea back in November he paid 45k for this 2007 double cab vario back in 2018 ...he then had some dutch company build him the box which cost over 100k ...

Too expensive for me but i guess if you have the cash

A lot of the rust is caused by that really ugly crappy bodykit which will be the first thing to get removed.

Yes once those skirts are off that should clean up easily

I dunno ...i think some of these guys just didnt get tonka trucks to play with when young. Some do use them off-road etc but many don't.

Im personally not fussed about 4x4 as i wont be off-road ....but i will be fitting all terrain tyres for better traction on sand , wet grass and snow etc ....thatll do me

Yes previous pages ...the last service was 397000km the next one due 450000km and its currently on 441000km
It appears to have 45k service intervals

I suppose if this was doing trips from say yorkshire to london etc every other day then the miles would soon rack up

It's only been doing around 12,000 to 14000 a year, 40km every 2 years on those pages. Total mileage only averages 16,000 I would have said that was low mileage for the type of vehicle.

Yeah it certainly less than 20k a year overall as i think 274k miles at present and 15 years old .
27000 mile intervals for servicing.

But all the same garage and all the same phone number i may give them a phone and ask them to confirm it.
They may also have a record of all work done to it which would be good.
