For those attending :
If you need to fill up with water on arrival we understand that there is a tap in front of the stables near the Racecourse entrance which you should be able to drive up to that we can direct you to but best to come with full water tanks & empty waste if you can as it will be busy.

I don't know - I'll try & find out as it has a discount card that might be useful too.

Paper copies are available in Stratford from this Friday but may all be gone by the time we get there so have asked the organisers if we can have 80 posted to us so could bring them to hand out on arrival. Long shot but worth a try.

As we have high numbers attending both this & Lymington Seafood Festival https://www.motorhomefun.co.uk/foru...-isle-of-wight-more-rally-august-2018.161595/ rallies we are looking for some extra marshals to join our merry group - no experience needed just have a positive attitude & be able to work as part of a team :hi5:
You would need to arrive the day before each rally to get pitched & have a quick run through of facilities & plan for arrivals the next day. In return for a free place at the rally you would only need to help on Friday then after that your weekend at Stratford or the rest of your week at Lymington is your own to enjoy all the Festival & the local area. Please post here if or PM us to let us know you are interested & we can give you more info. & discuss further.

A big :thanks3: to all who have messaged on the threads or sent a PM offering to marshal or just step in & help if needed - it is much appreciated. We are fortunate to now have a full complement of marshals for both this rally & Lymington again plus a list of reserves but please still let us know if you might want to help out at future rallies &/or come & have a chat anytime other than arrivals day!

Does anyone coming to this rally have an event shelter something like this Coleman one?

We have bought one for the social gathering area but with so many coming along a bit more cover might be good so if you would consider bringing one then maybe you could arrive a bit earlier on Friday so we could help assemble it & you could be pitched next to it? :)
Keeping our fingers crossed that the sun will shine :sun: but even then a little shade is always good.
