Rally Stratford-upon-Avon Racecourse Show and Rally 2023

Event Details Discussion
Does anyone know if it’s possible to turn up on the 12th and leave on 15th or is the expectation that if you pitch up on 12th then you’ll be staying/paying till after the show?
Otherwise how will they know whether you’re pulling a crafty one?
 
Will be arriving on Friday 16th in the morning. Paying on the gate. Look forward to seeing you all there.

We are coming, form filled, arriving Monday and will pay on arrival. 👍🏻

Anyone know if they accept card payment at the gate, or is it folding only?

Just to let you know We will now be arriving on Tuesday 13th instead of Monday 12th as we originally booked

What is the latest we can arrive Thursday night?
Or is there a convenient overnight spot close by? Can't leave home until 6pm earliest and it is roughly 2 hour drive with no hold ups.

We are also interested in the latest arrival time on the Friday . Apple Tree website suggests last check in time as being 6pm.

When you come down the narrow Luddington Road by the houses, then turn left into the Racecourse entrance, there is enough room before the barrier/gates to park up for the night undisturbed, (on the left and right).

Edited..............Alternatively, Riverside Leisure Centre Lorry/Coach Park is a close overnighter, but their charges have increased unrealistically since Covid. :(

Normally the gate is open 24 hours with a security guy on duty I’ll ask Paul tomorrow and post the reply 👍

That is the entrance approach area I was referring to. The Racecourse Campsite is further on through the entry gates, to the left of your image which are secured with a security guard on at night, though they do allow authorised entry.
