Good to hear you are still thinking of flying your kite ! Incidentally how many rooms do you have in your motorhome ,if you still have one spare ?Nope, still go room to spare ... one good thing about changing MHs every now and then is that stuff gets a good sort out so we remove anything that's not been used or is unlikely to be needed ... although I'm still hanging on to the kite in the forlorn hope that one day I'll get to play with it!
The Americans certainly know how to build themIt is a garage View attachment 576125View attachment 576125 Or a motorhome giving birth

Well I suppose I could empty out the underfloor central locker which is accessed from inside for you ... we call it the 'dungeon'!Good to hear you are still thinking of flying your kite ! Incidentally how many rooms do you have in your motorhome ,if you still have one spare ?
Not sure if this has been explained in the previous 366 posts, apologies if it has.
The triple woosh-bang shows signs of a considerate owner.
The first woosh-bang is a feeble attempt to close the door quietly and because not enough force was used the door did not latch.
The second woosh-bang is a little more forceful attempt, but still not enough to latch.
The third woosh-BANG is using as much force as possible and is what they should have done the first time, as it achieves perfect latching every time.
So don't knock the triple woosh-bangers as they are trying to be as quiet as possible and failing miserably.

That rules out 99% of all houses built in the last 30+ years. To me a garage is big enough to put a car in.
It might where you live. It doesn’t here. I get my pickup in my garage as well as my motorbike. Maybe just dodgy builders where you live. That rules out 99% of all houses built in the last 30+ years.
Most people have full sized cars though and not Dinky toys!It might where you live. It doesn’t here. I get my pickup in my garage as well as my motorbike. Maybe just dodgy builders where you live.
Yes thanks for the offer thought it might be the penthouse though a room with a view ! Not handcuffs and shakles never mind I suppose it's the thought that counts .Well I suppose I could empty out the underfloor central locker which is accessed from inside for you ... we call it the 'dungeon'!

Of course, we always go through the cab at night so we don't have to slam the sliding door. It's just considerate. On the rare occasion I find myself parked with anyone (a situation I like to avoid) I climb over my bench seat and through the sliding door into the drivers cab. That way I can enter or exit via the dirvers door. Much quieter. Simples.

Yes I remember the Austin A30 and Morris minor and standard 8 all huge !Blimey, my house was built in 1956 and back then cars were big……my garage just about squeezes our Peugeot 3008 in. Love to fit our motorcycles in as well….but with the car in you can just about walk down one side of the car.
Fair play / touchéMorris Oxford, Standards, Vauxhall Cresta, Rover P5’s………
