Spaces available at the moment. A couple of vans have been abandoned in favour of hotels.
There are some low temperatures forecast so that will thin it out a bit more!

Looks like a proper Christmas though! Have fun:)

Good snow here but 7 hours to do a 100 miles ( I thought it was just the English who didn't know how to drive in the snow ) sat in queues while the French put on there snow chains. Had the tyres checked by the police before we where aloud on the mountain routes. No snow chains fitted and the roads where thick with snow ( thanks john stunning tyres ) . Boarding every day but the snow is a bit thin in places now on the mountain.

Daft question time - sorry.
Filling with fresh water if staying for any length of time??? Do thy have magic taps that don't freeze!!! Or is it a case of a watering can from an inside source many times each day?
Same for emptying both sources really!
How do all those facilities we usually take for granted work in a long term frozen environment?

Watering can or container for drinking water and an open waste water tap and a bucket for waste water.

Yes Dave taps are known to freeze...i generally run a hose in and fill up depending on site or aire. Also i arrive with a full tank that lasts for ages as we use the leisure centre for showers or cs facilities or just smell :)

We are in bonneval sur arc, woke up this morning to -15
Going to do a bit of skiing this morning then make our way to VT if there is room in the aire.
We've experienced frozen sink waste, frozen pipes in van and a cold van this morning as no sun to charge the solar.
All in all having a great time

There is room at VT currently. It would be worth checking with Valthoparc first though.

Glad you are all having a great time. We got pissed and spent over 100 euros on dinner last night!!!!
