Like this poor french guy last week who was free camping outside the aire I am on in Los Alcazares 😞.
Nobody injured so that was good.

Was having a chat with a friend yesterday about my rough route through moroc (roughly anti-clockwise) and realised Marrakesh is in the middle of it so checked it about on maps last night and saw that it’s 3-4 hrs away from here so tomorrow I’m going for it, I’ll whizz over there for a couple of days then come back to the coast to Essaouira and the continue down past agadir then onto taffaroute towards Merzouga and then back up…🤔

Anyone got any thoughts on that, if you’ve been here…?

No not plugged in as it's a carpark area that about 60 vans normally take over.
There was 2 loud bangs and a big cloud of black smoke that had us all running out the aire to see what happened . Rumours say gashob,fridge, electric but theres not much left and very difficult to say what the cause was as no one was inside when it started.the owner was apparently at the beach when it happened and he is unlikely to admit any wrong doing as the insurance wouldn't pay out then but nobody was hurt thats the main thing.
I'm enjoying your travel log along with Tams ,Northernraider ,so keep it coming 👍.Like a few others I had a wee chuckle at Cintia with that fish in the air 😅.

That's what we did last year. Give Paul a ring about the route maybe? We're going to do it after Tafroute this time.
