Each to their own but we're really not fans of atlantic park, too rammed for us, tiny pitches, nowhere with any view. They did have one on the beach front as well but seems a bit hit and miss. Good place for covers etc but they travel around the others anyway.Garry there's a good site just before you come to Terre Ocean called Camping Atlantica Park I've stayed there several times its a great site, very friendly etc but just outside the gates there's boys that make everything, they re-upholster van interiors, make seat covers, awnings, curtains everything you name it they can knock it up for you, it might be worth a stop over for a night or two before you go on down to ocean

That's good John, ie, less to put up with in Spain.but going by Palmones parking last night, it seems the French are back in serious numbers.

Helen Ariel how busy was Terre D'ocean please? Last couple of times we've managed to get front pitches there but going by Palmones parking last night, it seems the French are back in serious numbers.
We're crossing lunchtime today, Baleiria which we've not used before but they run a lot of Spanish Ferries so hopefully will be good. Then got the challenge of border insurance for our Buggy. Hopefully get into Asilah tonight.
Happy Birthday Gary - brilliant picsPopped into Essaouira today had a walk around the usual bargain shops then had some lunch at a beachfront restaurant and it was great.
65 today and thinking 30 but body feeling 70, done a fair bit of walking around lately so I’m going to where Helen Ariel Stayed for a few days to relax at camping Terre ďOcean and contemplate how I’m going to spend my pension that I’m getting in a years time…..

Are you & Lynda out in Maroc this year Ken?Garry, in my humble opinion, Terre de Ocean is a bit off the beaten track and totally unsuitable for people with any disability.
You have go up and down a steep hill to get in/out of the site and catch a bus to Agadir or Banana Village.
As Paul has said Atlantic Park is much closer to shops etc. There’s another camp site just inland from Banana Village where you can get any kind of work done on a Moho.

If it's for a few days terre de ocean is lovely as you can just stay onsight and relax with great views, onsight restaurant, shop and can always drive down to the beach and town. Tagazoute in general though is pretty hectic and probably not the best re mobility issues. Though seeing how Garry handled his chair in Assiilah and hearing his stories of the places he goes I'm sure he'll be getting stuck in.Garry, in my humble opinion, Terre de Ocean is a bit off the beaten track and totally unsuitable for people with any disability.

Me too - great experience.Remember it well Ken.
That's very true a few days relaxing now he's 65! and yes Terre d'Ocean is a lovely site but I only suggested Atlantica Parc for a night or 2 just to see the boys that do the motorhome work and maybe get some ideas and more importantly some prices as they have workshops on site and also literally right outside the campsite gatesIf it's for a few days terre de ocean is lovely as you can just stay onsight and relax with great views, onsight restaurant, shop and can always drive down to the beach and town.
