Just to say a big " thank you" to everyone who attended the Newbury retro festival for a wonderful weekend. In particular Karen, Allan an Phil, our main Marshalls. Well done for your tireless efforts, and we'll done to the auctioneers, and for some lovely food at the Jacobs table. See you at Malvern.

Dear Mr. Retro Organiser,

Would you please send some self addressed and stamped sacks so I can return all of your bloody grass that is still in my motorhome.

Yours sincerely.

Mr. N.O.N.E. Herbivore.

Dear Dr. Trickcyclist.

I'm now home from Newbury but I constantly wake in the night switching the lights on to determine if the power is still there. Is this a permanent thing or one of three phases I'll go through?

Yours sincerely.

Mr. Ed. E. Current.

Hi Landy Lover, (and all the others who made the show such a success) I can say that we will definitely be there next year along with Mike the Bike and Knight Templar. Many thanks for all your efforts. Mexican Pete

I think its time to put this thread to bed and close it with some thanks

Firstly can I publicly thank Rick and Rosie , Adi and Cassie , Malc & Audrey ( who dropped everything and came at a moments notice to help out due to losing one then two entrances to the field ). Wombles - Karen and Alan who have taken a personal task to speak to every rallier at least once and then Phil who I conned into helping last year for the first time. Then certainly not least my good lady wife who puts up with me beavering away on the computer sorting things out when she feels I should be sat with her .

Were it not for these people there would not be a rally - just a few RV's on display

Keep an eye open for a new thread for 2018 in a couple of months
