this is a comparison lunch time today

theirs one thing abut that stecaflex it not coming off once it set and any thing it sticks to is going with it when you try to remove it
I hasten to ade the skylights is seal in with a none setting mastic

had sum big problems with my computer had to send it to get fixed it was hanging on the forum kept just reverting to forum list was OK on Facebook and things like that but would not let me post for sum reason on fun it's sorted now it was sumthing to do with cookies or sumthing like that dont know much abut that sort of thing

this is whare it's at now removed every bit of wood from the roof replacing one section at a time dryin out the hole van seald every joint seem and strip of aluminium panted the hole inside with a tanking paint replaced almost ever bit of wood rund the top at the back whare the the wall met the roof.
both corner at the back were rotten had to cut new corner profiles bond them to the aluminium skin
rip out the wardrobe lining replace all the wood in side that paint with tanking paint'
re do all the wood and bond new wood to skin ware neaded
more pick to follow

new wood bonded in with lap joint whare neaded every thin was scrubbed with anti fungal cleaning solution then dried out completely

every thing will look a lot better now with new ply wood bonded to the repair to sandwich it between out side skin and inner wall

new head lining fitted in bath room any wood has Ben treated.
All new wood is treated wood all replaced head lining is fire retardant all adhesives and bonding materials are fire retardant
all the ply wood i had to form in to shape usin my stem stripper and old towels then let it cool and dry out before fitting.
the firs one i tried broke at the front of the van as the cuve was to much

the advice is the easy bit mate, you achieved this through your own hard graft learning all the way. look forward to seeing you use it soon

when i went to a motor home show once and went in to a new van it smelt the same as this one dose
