We’ve crossed swords before on other threads and once again please try to be polite.Actually that's nonsense. The dog waste goes in the same landfill waste bins as any other rubbish. The same as any dog waste at home goes in the landfill bin. At no time does that waste go to a recycling centre nor is it handled by anyone ...the truck tips it in a hole and its covered with earth.
I think your perhaps grasping at straws.
There's no requirement to register a dog in the UK so I can guarantee they have no idea how much dog crap there is going in bins . There are no dedicated dog waste bins anywhere around where I live. Plenty signs saying to use the bins that are there. In to which goes everything.
So once again it doesn't go to a recycling centre. You may well have dedicated dog waste bins but the dog crap goes In any waste bin as instructed by councils all over the country and indeed Europe so yes in actual fact you are talking nonsense. We’ve crossed swords before on other threads and once again please try to be polite.
I’m not talking nonsense or grasping at straws .
FYI there are dedicated dog waste bins about every 200m were I live and it is collected and disposed of regularly and further to one of your later posts general waste doesn’t all go to land fill , a lot of it does (approximately 57%) but a lot of it (the rest) is disposed by other means such as incineration ( which our council does and generates electricity as a by product)
Omg you guys are frying my brainSo once again it doesn't go to a recycling centre. You may well have dedicated dog waste bins but the dog crap goes In any waste bin as instructed by councils all over the country and indeed Europe so yes in actual fact you are talking nonsense.

Be still my beating heart!! while I hold that thought of Tam with his human poo bagCan we please stop with the personal 'bashing' ... it gets very boring and you risk free holidays to Coventry.
I suggest you kiss and make up ... you know who you are (no not you Gina as you'll enjoy it too much!) ... and learn to count to ten before posting so you don't get drawn into these IMV silly childish spats.
I thought when I retired from teaching I'd not have to put up with primary school like squabbles..... But sadly it goes on until they are inches from the coffin.....Omg you guys are frying my brain

A lot of domestic waste actually goes on a conveyor where an electromagnet removes metallic waste for recycling and then it's hand sorted before incineration or landfill. Presumably the dog waste bin stuff misses out that process. So once again it doesn't go to a recycling centre. Around here and in other places too the specific dog waste bins are being removed and we are instructed to use any bin.Mr Nothenraider, although your post has been deleted for the masses. I saw it. My brain is in gear and I do not need to shit in a bag and throw in some random bin for others to deal with to save few quid.
And dog waste in general goes in specific bins. As should your waste.
Just slightly off topic on this re skips as a (just retired) builder people using any skip I hired as a free waste dump was a constant nightmare,on one occasion the proverbial little old lady neighbour to one job asked if I’d mind if she threw a carrier bag from her garden into my skip “sorry but unless I know what’s in it I can’t allow it”Around here and in other places too the specific dog waste bins are being removed and we are instructed to use any bin.
A skip (not a bin) is hired for a specific purpose and nobody other than the hirer should be putting anything in it. I don't think any responsible person would put bags of shit in someone else's skip.
In fact those who place things in skips paid for by others are in effect guilty of theft of space by which skips are charged. The hirer as you say is responsible for the content. Usually those evidenced are convicted of fly tipping. To me it's the same as Itinerant's dumping a load in a remote country lane. There are freeloaders everywhere!Just slightly off topic on this re skips as a (just retired) builder people using any skip I hired as a free waste dump was a constant nightmare,on one occasion the proverbial little old lady neighbour to one job asked if I’d mind if she threw a carrier bag from her garden into my skip “sorry but unless I know what’s in it I can’t allow it”
Next morning as the skip wagon turned up I noticed a lone carrier bag in the skip, opened it to find broken asbestos sheet inside! The wagon driver commented “lucky you found that we reclaim and recycle all the waste in our skips and if we’d found that we would of reported you to the environment agency and you’d be liable for a minimum £2000 fine !!”
Polite knock on ladies door “I think you might of accidentally dropped this into my skip.”
Interestingly in my post above my reference to pik**s was auto changed to Itinerants. Is there a woke correction algorithum working here? I am aware that certain words are grossly offensive and would never use them, but surprised the Pky word was also so regarded!!!In fact those who place things in skips paid for by others are in effect guilty of theft of space by which skips are charged. From walking on a pitch to shitting in a skipWell, I have seen some thread-drifts in my time………
Could be worse it could be the other way around! From walking on a pitch to shitting in a skip
Wow! I didn't realise the word was so emotive as to need censoring! I do now thanks for the information.Yep this woke correction algorithum is working late on a Sunday and will ban you if you try to defeat the word censor again. It is in place for good reason. Thanks

Ok!It's not emotive. It's a racial slur. One that can get forum owners interviewed under caution.
It's called conversation. When I meet up with my family for our monthly catch ups, we can start off from talking about work to George Michael to climate change to diets to falling in love, falling out of love, the price of fish................................................ ..........................................................................................We usually hold the table for a minimum of 4 hours !!!!From walking on a pitch to shitting in a skip
Probably could cost you more than £50 now if you visited your local amenities tip with some rubbish in your carWe've had skips a fair bit over the past year I remember the days when it was £50 a bit of a shock now. With that and the tip sometimes being akward you can understand why fly tipping is more of a problem.
That is why fly tipping is such a problem. I was shocked last night to see a lay by near me full of bags of rubbish.Probably could cost you more than £50 now if you visited your local amenities tip with some rubbish in your car
our local charge a lot of £5 a bag for certain stuff
Just gone through about 20 skips @£240 a time so not cheap now!!
