That is why fly tipping is such a problem. I was shocked last night to see a lay by near me full of bags of rubbish.

Yep our council tried charging gave up in under a year due to all the fly tipping.

Around here and in other places too the specific dog waste bins are being removed and we are instructed to use any bin.
A skip (not a bin) is hired for a specific purpose and nobody other than the hirer should be putting anything in it. I don't think any responsible person would put bags of shit in someone else's skip.

You want to bet? After 40 plus years in the building trade you wouldn't belive what we find in our skips in a morning. And at £250 a time it's no joke. The worst is the dog bags but I'm sure, that if people knew they were sifted through by hand they'd think twice.
