OUR REGRET OF GOING TO THE NEC GOE'S ON,AND GETS WORSE

As above, details of modifications will be sent out by email or post to dealers, imagine the cost to send 3 technicians abroad with air fares, expenses and hotel costs.
I don’t think even Rolls Royce would do that for one of its customers.

Also, how come they have identified just one vehicle with this alleged problem?

Hi All, The letter did have my name ! ! it also had the vin number ! It was also on Bustner headed Paper, and sent in a Burstner headed envelope, And to top it all, I have today received a letter for a recall from Fiat, for a fault with throttle
It could have saved a lot of time had you said that in the initial post ...it woukd have also been better just to take a photo of the letter and post it on the thread.

Don't forget, Hymer own Burstner. Hymer were recently bought by Yanks. Didn't they then close down Hymer USA ?

Anything could be happening inside the group.

Your getting a bit confused Brian.

Thor bought all of the Hymer Group except for Hymer's existing North American operator, who was a separate subsidiary After the sale that subsidiary went bust all by themselves, which is probably why Thor did not want it.

It happens !

But the point stands, the whole group could be in turmoil with reorganisation.

I hope Thor leave N&B intact as I think the upper end of the Group have learned some things from N&B.

Not too hopeful though as Thor was the god of war - not owned by Trump is it?

It’s not only burstner that have problems I received a letter last year from Toyota saying if I have an accident an air bag could send metal into the interior of the car and could cause injury phoned Toyota dealer and they said they will put me on there waiting list only about 20000000 cars affected worldwide

Took our Yaris in by appointment in February for this recall. Only an hours drive to dealers, "oh, I'm sorry sir we don't have part in stock you'll have to go on waiting list". Finally got it done last week.

Just a word of warning in case this is a scam, I wouldn't hand my MH over to 3 foreign strangers no matter what ID they have. I'd arrange for them to meet you at the dealers and you hand it to them as that's who you bought it from.

You'll be amazed the length some folk go to for a scam.

RogCar Have you had your problems solved? It would be nice to know the outcome or an update.

Hi All, Our Motorhome was picked up and drove to Timberland Motorhomes 0n the 5th June, and returned on the 11 th June, Filthy Black finger marks all over the passenger door and side panel, (see pictures ) It still has bad ripples on the sidewall from the habitation door to the front,I Have emailed Burstner. and told them I am not happy, a week ago, No reply, only to say they received it, emailed Timberland, they want Photo's, I have not been told what has been done, and by whom, by anyone, in fact the only contact I have had is after I emailed Timberland, It's a real mess we are in just because we brought a new Burstner at the NEC.
