After dropping our current motorhome back to the iveco main dealer to sort out the brake warning they had supposedly fixed, I got a phone call and follow up email from Premium Motorhomes, your new motorhome has been released from the factory and is getting shipped tomorrow.
We are so happy we will get it before Christmas ready for our trip into spain on boxing day.
Just the horrendous job of transferring the funds 🤔😮🤣.

I just hope northern commercials sort out that warning light ready for the handover next week or Premium are not going to be happy.

I'm I not allowed my opinion? I comment on Carthagos only when someone mistaking says they are top quality
I must in the nicest possible way say to you if it annoys you don't read my posts.
Yes you can voice your opinion all you like👍 I’m sorry I missed one little fault out, the shower wall has cracked but Mrs Westy reckons it’s the daughter shoving everything in the shower room🤷‍♂️
I’m genuinely sorry you have faults, I guess new models of every marque seems to have faults and problems, that said, after 2 years of problems I’d have thrown the towel in and got rid. I’ve had 3 preloved vans (Elddis, adria and this one) and genuinely not had a problem with any of them, I guess that’s pure luck!! Good luck in getting it finally sorted so you can enjoy it👍

We nearly got a Carthago liner for 2 before the current morelo. I liked the lounge area.
It was the 9 months waiting list that put us off.

I wonder if as someone who lives in their motorhome Tam doesn’t realise Octopus is a utility company supplying non-fossil renewable energy. That or it was a good joke 😂😂
Assure me that electricity produced by Drax is not part of the Octopus portfollio.:xwink:

Not a clue, nor is it my job to act as their PR department or assure you of anything. I was only guessing Tam didn’t know about them I wasn’t recommending them 😂

Apologies Mr porky for the thread creep.

I've had two motorhomes,both new.
The first was an Elddis which we kept for 2 months. It was awful. Traded it in for a Liner for Two. Unfortunately it has been one issue after another. However we love the basic layout of the van and keep thinking once the current issues are fixed all will be fine. It has a great bed and terrific lounge The actual feel of the interior oozes quality. .However it genuinely has been in the dealers more often than the storage facility.
I feel very let down by a manufacturer who seems to have a very high opinion of themselves.
I don't mean to moan but feel obliged to put the record straight when someone mistakenly thinks this is product which rarely goes wrong .

Boxing day night, 2 night cruise from Portsmouth to santander, we plan to be in Benidorm on the 30th Dec. Probably do Zaragoza on the way to Benidorm (or not , if its too cold and we dont want to head out any aire will do).

Are you staying at the dealers a couple of nights in case anything needs putting right before you set off?

No, we are still working the christmas markets in chester and Manchester till Sunday evening.
Hope the handover goes smooth then but as you already have a Morelo you are familiar with everything so know where things are already and what to check for.

They offered 10am for handover, it was myself that is pushing for an early handover as I need to get back over to the northwest and fill it with our personal possessions and there's not enough hours in a day. To be honest as I'm in catering early starts is not an issue 😁
I’ve got up at 6 all my life by 10 half the days gone.

Me too 🙂
We've a saying here in Ireland
You'll get more done between 6.00 & 10.00 in the morning than You'll ever get done between 10.00 & 6.00 in the evening 👍
