Our new Morelo is on its way.

After dropping our current motorhome back to the iveco main dealer to sort out the brake warning they had supposedly fixed, I got a phone call and follow up email from Premium Motorhomes, your new motorhome has been released from the factory and is getting shipped tomorrow.
We are so happy we will get it before Christmas ready for our trip into spain on boxing day.
Just the horrendous job of transferring the funds .

I just hope northern commercials sort out that warning light ready for the handover next week or Premium are not going to be happy.

Whenever we go there for service Geoff they are always up and running by 8 am, and that aside I believe they are on a very busy schedule

The conversation of environmental friendly vehicles is a side tangent on this thread, nothing to do with me.
However I do give a dam but not enough to purchase a electric vehicle although I'm not sure what this has to do with the sheer delight I'm feeling knowing we are getting a new motorhome next week.

They offered 10am for handover, it was myself that is pushing for an early handover as I need to get back over to the northwest and fill it with our personal possessions and there's not enough hours in a day. To be honest as I'm in catering early starts is not an issue

Geoff, it’s a super exciting thing taking delivery of a new van, we did it once in 2007, you only spend a lot on a van if you can afford it, I’m all for it.

We bought this brand new in early 2007, it worked out at £43000 with the big discount as it was an unsold model from 2006 coupled with the great exchange rate.

Good luck to the OP it’s a beautiful motorhome they are buying.

Just had an email back from our insurance company nfu.
The extra charge/increased premium to swap the motorhome is only £135.
This is very good value considering its not due for renewal till next summer.

That's a disgrace! There should be no difference on a policy that is already paid. Yet another insurance company legal scam. It's not the money, it's the principle.

I disagree, I thought it was very fair. The new model is worth a lot more money. To be honest I was expecting another grand on top and it runs to next July.

I'm happy that you are happy, but it's still a scam (I'm sick of insurance companies as we speak, so any opportunity to raise awareness of their scams I'm on it)

It’s a whole different ball game here in the U.K. if they can charge for something they will!! I’m surprised it’s only that much tbh
