Motorhoming YouTubers worth watching.

The start of the latest video and all the problems with previous vehicles all pointed to an incompetent driver and nervous passenger, fancy that! The rest of it was a farce as it's clearly not suitable and just another rushed decision!
He is a complete clown. The bit about getting the diesel heater going was comical then they decided to heat the very small enclosed space with a gas ring ........ and don't get me started on removing the fridge. 🤣🤣 then they had to go back and pick up the fridge and take it with them. Incredible but I'm sure to him it makes perfect sense.

Apart from anything else, just why did he have to fetch the fridge  if the bloke builds them why couldn't he use it, and why immediately, it made even less sense than his other stuff.

Nope, not when they were going to have to ditch their elderly dog because it didn't fit their lifestyle! Miracoulsy it became ill soon after and was no longer a burden. I did ask if they would ditch a child if if didn't suit their YouTube life but didn't get an answer.

As for the Happy Days they constantly reach new heights of stupidity 😂 😂

I definitely got the same vibe regarding the gorgeous older dog not fitting in with their YouTube lifestyle.. 🤬

A dog is for life! ❤️

I am finding more and more vlogs are getting too long.20mins about right, 35min plus pushing it.

I just can’t see that external gas cylinder surviving in Lapland. It looks like a small gaslow cylinder and I appreciate it is just for cooking but can you get lpg in Finland?

There have been a lot of concerned and negative comments under their last couple of videos, including from people who actually LIVE in the areas they're planning to go, but they (he?) STILL refuses to listen. Although he did reply that they have a video coming about the winterisation of their unit, and that they've bought thermal bedding!
Now, he is saying that all the negative comments are a '2-3 week planned troll attack'. 🙄
Actually, I think quite a few are people who've followed them for a while, either consistently or sporadically, and who are genuinely concerned for their safety both with the winter trip and the US one.

I have just read an article in the current edition of MMM magazine about a couple on a trip to the Lofoton Isles in Norway in January. They seemed somewhat more prepared than this bunch and were still caught out to some extent. All sorts froze despite lpg tank heaters and other precautions. Only go outside van for 20 mins. Parkups not available because of snow. Water taps off. Shops and attractions shut. I just can’t see them coping.

The high spot of watching Happy Days for us was their trip around India which was brave if at times foolhardy, but interesting and educational. Like others we have now lost patience with their seeming unwillingness to learn even a little basic vehicle maintenance and the ensuing disasters, and their increasingly inexplicable changes of vehicle.

Another couple on the way out of our affections are Travel Beans for all the same reasons already expressed in this thread, and similarly can no longer bear the Roaming Radfords.

We still watch Kinging It, always entertaining, but increasingly difficult to endure their manic energy!

Our favourites are probably Camper Vibe, genuinely nice people and very competent in putting together both videos and an old Irish cottage.

We have also watched Expawers for a long time and like them both as people, and excellent videographers, which are our main criteria for long term watching of vloggers.

Others we like for the same reasons are Camper Van Freddy, Philly and Keely, Andre and Lisa, Courts and Meeks (sadly no longer vlogging), and Shane and Ane in their T3.

Probably forgotten a few but one we watch even though they don't necessarily go to places we would go are Lifes4Touring, just because they are such a genuine couple who try very hard to provide information which might be useful to others.

Yes. Very similar but a few there I haven't seen, will have to have a look .
The only thing that can save thd is the fact they must have a load of money somewhere that they don't talk about else they couldn't keep spending like they do so they will probably only use the pickup for travelling and spend the nights in hotels.

Did about 4 episodes of Philly and Keely before I could take no more of her. I need subtitles for Andre and Lisa abd the less I say about the Radfords the better.

Meant to also suggest a couple for bikers on the forum. Apart from Itchy Boots who is the gold standard in my eyes, we occasionally watch others like Rest Day Rider and One Man One Bike. The latter is maybe a bit of an acquired taste but he grows on you and his pretty much unplanned Africa trip was amazing!
