The only company I've ever heard of who do proper breakdown cover in Morocco is ADAC. Unfortunately they no longer accept business from non-German residents.
As far as I am aware, those Insurance companies who will cover you for Morocco will probably all say the same thing - get it repaired, keep the bill and we'll (probably!) reimburse you.
But unless it's pretty serious it's unlikely you won't be able to find someone who can repair it, even if it is a "get-you-home" job. If you see some of the wrecks they rebuild and keep on the road you'd see what I mean, all because of the horrendous import tax on vehicles (100%?). Which is also the reason that you must import and export your vehicle personally; they won't let you leave without it (except under special circumstances).
