Yes I've seen them ...used to be adverts for them on Instagram. I'd considered getting one but I think the people who actually wear them don't really mean it. I think I'd get people laughing and making conversation about it then when I growled or stabbed them with a fork they'd get upset lol

In general if we've met and I still acknowledge and talk to you then you must be alright ..... not perfect, but alright . I mean uncle Lenny HB is a tory and I still like him lol.


I know I always sound grumpy but well I'm kind of like the leaking swift situation, I do obviously bump in to and meet folk along the way who are good folk , I'm just unfortunate enough to also encounter a lot of muppets and you tend to get told more about the muppets.

I just don't have the tolerance for muppets these days . If you've ever seen afterlife with Ricky Gervais well I'm a bit like that , folk just rub me up the wrong way at times. And whilst most folk probably just think ah well ... I think feck off lol.

Here's a perfect wee example .

Tonight we are parked up in the sport centre carpark in sterzing vitipeno ...a wee village not far from the brenar pass and Austrian border. There's probably about 30 vans here in total . Most all jammed in row . Having the dogs I did my usual and parked away from the herd in a corner with some grass nearby for doggy pees etc . So it wasn't long before an old mh came in and he decided to come park next to me .... and I mean right next to me as in nearly hitting My step with his back wheel . ... 10 minutes later and he decides to turn it the other way so now he's parked with his hab door facing mine ... they have a huge big dog .

The dog is now outside on a lead aswell as it's bowls etc .. which is causing blu to be bouncing back and forth at the window trying to see it he burps and belches loudly about every 5 minutes aswell as letting out loud shouts groans every so often for no apparent reason. I made dinner and as their door is facing right in my window I closed the blind up nearly all the way for some privacy while eating ... I'm sat eating my ommelete and the next minute she is waking around the front of my van staring in the window.


It's very very hard not to find people like that annoying

And I either have thr unfortunate luck of constantly finding folk like this.....or other folk do and just don't notice.


Anyway I'll post up some pics in a bit




Oh my other observation on this spot , it's just a carpark in a wee village but it's free ,there are no restrictions other than no camping behaviour ( which I'm sure includes dogs and bowls outside ) and there's about 30 vans here as I said , and they've done this for years as I've stayed here a few times before.

And I just wondered , I wondered if there's a Facebook page with locals complaining about all these campers and why are they not on a campsite etc ... I mean some will go eat in the town etc but definitely not all . Many will be like me stop one night spend absolutely nothing in this town and move on tomorrow. The entire region I just drove through was way more busy than the Scottish Highlands, there were huge gangs of bikers. Lots of motorhomes, sports cars , cyclists galore ....absolute chaos if I'm honest but also lots of free laybyes, vans parked everywhere . And I'll bet there's not the same negative press as the UK.

Pics of the day , stunning scenery , very very busy though which makes the drive difficult... lots of very steep windy roads and there's cyclists everywhere so you go out to pass one giving fair distance and you then have a motorbike or other crazy cyclists coming round bends towards you in the middle of the road...and flying . I had cyclists sitting right on my arse going down hills some were even stupid enough to be overtaking on a push bike as they want the thrill of going downhill fast .. but then they meet other vehicles coming the other way that are also trying to avoid cyclists and its just one big clusterfeck.. how I didn't see any accidents I don't know. .. but I did see several ambulances flying about so maybe there were a few I was lucky enough not to have seen ......although there were a few special cases I'd love to.have seen wrapped round a tree ( yes I know) and as for peeing lol ..... again the Scottish Highlanders would love cyclists doing the nc500 lol ...I must have counted 40/50 guys just standing pissin at the side of the road lol. But it's not like there's lots of toilets about .

Took the dogs out for literally 10 minutes to complete their morning evacuations and we are all soaked lol.

But moby is looking fantastically clean ... although I still have this very slight very annoying leak on the front windscreen. I've sealed the fecker twice now and still getting these 2 little drips running down inside

It's not a lot better here , Teresa says it's rained nearly every day. But I guess its like the Highlands of Scotland that's why it's so green it feckin rains all the time. As I said I like a happy medium , dry with a nice comfortable temperature.

Mine would be same Greek sea view, 25C, but with some wind so I can see some boats sailing.
