One not unlike that passed us on the motorway in Spain a few mile down the road it had been pulled in by the police. To be fair it was a white van man, except it was blueTam will understand, after our recent conversation..... View attachment 936825
It was , but that was when I still had a base at my mums for 6 months of the year. And only 3 dogs. But fulltime is different to just using for holidays and I need a bit more space and storage. Hopefully this is the last change for a while now though. The n&b has a mix of all the things I liked about previous vans I've owned so it should be a keeper. And once I've fettled it it'll look like a new vanI'm sure this one was 'the keeper' .
Nice one Tam - haven't kept upto date with this thread. Must scan back and see what you have planned next.
Depends on this one mot tomorrow. If it goes straight through I'm heading up to wales Tuesday morning . If it fails on anything I need the garage to fix then it depends how quick they can do it. So I'm hoping it goes straight throughwhen are you likely to pick up the new one
Ditto ! Been fashioning an insect net / stop dog jumping out net this weekend. As I'm the one who does stuff on our MH as a female I can quite happily accept being bored!
Aye I've not been to calais since I stopped using the tunnel but never had a look around. Its like dieppe most people miss it but I enjoyed having a walk round it with the dogs this time.I'm up in Calais now Tam, it's a beautiful city that many people fly through to get out of and its a pity because the people are lovely and the city is great, its always been one of our favourites, not to mention my wee parking spot by the marina although since I stuck it on park4night it's getting very popular now! but that's good for a place thats been unfairly tarnished by the whole migrant thing.... here's some pics from within a few hundred metres of where we're parked for the night
(It's even got a little bit of Blighty & good old Winston if you look hard enough!) Lol

I like that old church building
Yea it's a great place to visit, ive been staying overnight here for nearly 15+ years with no hassles at all, and there's also some great shops & restaurants too, we're actually booked into Le Marrakech restaurant tonight for a bit of grub, it's just a few yards from our park up and it'll put us in the mood for our next trip to Maroc!Yes I agree Paul, we had to stop off there once to take the dog for a walk and we were surprised at how lovely it was.
I hate to tell you but I doubt everyone reads Tams posts. But he may advertise elsewhere too.Anybody here will find plenty of external shots in this thread.
Don't think Moby is going to sit for long, but he's obviously walking the dogs, as he hasn't responded to me yet!
Great job and yes price is too lowOK for the impatient folk. I wanted the outside looking it's best before taking photos . So I've been colour matching the new vents I fitted and then giving it a really good scrub up and polished and waxed it .
It's looking the best it's ever done . I was considering raising the price on it as i reckon its worth a good bit more. And garry is now agreeing
But I do have a member Jon Stewart messaging about it so will see how that goes first

I have Lenny but leave it for a day due to visitors and it takes ages to read it all. He sold it about four posts after I wrote it !!! but of course it turns up several pages later - see what I mean. Miss not getting the emails that Jim cancelled.I don't think you have been reading it Jon Stewart has already bought it.
Too late now.Great job and yes price is too low
We quite often park where you are parked. Last time we went to one of the bars there for a coffee, it was definitely a local's bar.I'm up in Calais now Tam, it's a beautiful city that many people fly through to get out of and its a pity because the people are lovely and the city is great, its always been one of our favourites, not to mention my wee parking spot by the marina although since I stuck it on park4night it's getting very popular now! but that's good for a place thats been unfairly tarnished by the whole migrant thing.... here's some pics from within a few hundred metres of where we're parked for the night
