Aye I travelled the north of Scotland from age 17 to 43 several times a year ... and I've still not seen them

Mind you if I had seen them coming home from the nightclub on the beach when I was 18, I would have thought it was a drink allusion .

I'm in tekirdag , we arrived here on Wednesday, its a sort of waste ground aire type thing . I'm about 90 minutes drive from the border so just staying here again tonight and will be leaving Turkey tomorrow hopefully.

It's quite a busy wee town but a nice park to walk the dogs etc . Quite a few vans here fulltimers but all turks .

I've not taken many pics

We live at Portmór right overlooking Kitters beach and we see the northern lights all the time, it must be our good clean air up here!

I don't have a bucket list, but if I did it would be a list of one. The Northern Lights. I'm not prepared to pay to go to look for them though. If it happens, all well and good. We have regular invites to Norway for winter trips.
