For anyone doing the Long version of the treasure hunt, the railway bridge and steps down are just after Brazenhill Farm and Brazenhill Lodge. It looks like this

Hil looked across the room at the chap on the right in the last photo in post number 408 and asked what I was doing there. She then crossed the room, put her readers, on and said that it was not me as I am scruffier and not so good looking!

Haughton is tougher than I thought. These Funsters posted an armed guard in their Gazebo

Funsters enjoying a drink after the treasure hunt:beerchug: :wine:
I’m surprised that many made it back! I thought more would still be wandering the streets looking for Mary Allkins

It's mildy warm, well bloody hot, besides the great unwashed weegis sunbathing topless, has the man no shame or decency. @Munchie obviously not. .

The campsite is at least 5 star if not more. If you get an invite or the nod the visit then please do.
@old-mo is the perfect host, and his manager Is always around to ensure he behaves.

Seriously, the site is well planned, quiet and has everything that you require. I would have great difficulty in passing withing 50 miles and not calling in.
Maurice and Judith as always go the extra inch/foot/yard/meter.DVD, coffee, tea urn etc which is what they are about.
I for one have enjoyed my stay and will be back.

Thanks to Team Old Mo.
.lastly, the event may not be over but credit is due to those who have managed and organised the event. A lot of work has gone on in the background and during the event.
I thank you all.

If there is another event, please add us to the list, but let us know the time of the moving the marquee event so we can turn up just as you finish. lol.
