how did you require, through the app ?

I havent received mine either. the tracking still has not changed since 2nd December.
 
I did try ringing first but the automated reply was in French.
Sadly my request to repeat slowly fell on deaf ears :cautious:

Be patient. Mine had not changed at all from the 30th Nov until today. It had been stuck in France the whole time but today it has arrived in UK, I had been checking daily. I’d give it a few more days. Obviously if it gets stuck again in the UK I’ll do like Antique

Am away on holiday on Thursday anyway so Wednesday post will be last one till January for me.

Maybe they think I will be in need of a nice late surprise Christmas present in the post when I get back 😂😂

We aren’t going away for a while so it’s not a problem for us but it is bizarre. I suppose you can still track what’s happening and if yours does disappear this end then order another. Mind you I expect Antique will probably end up with two in the end!
 
Hello, Are people having to 'pay' the 1 euro? All transactions for me have happened without me lifting a finger. 1euro debited and credited and two subsequent payments for using tolls in Spain and Portugal.

Did you use a vehicle to get through two tolls in Spain and Portugal.
In essence that's why we, (you) have got the widget. To use their toll motorways.
The only problem comes if you are saying they've charged you on two occasions when you didn't use the tolls.
The 1€ debit is fairly normal. Its there to ensure that the 'system' between you and they works correctly.

The payments for Spain and Portugal were because I used the toll roads in Spain and Portugal ( as I mentioned earlier in the thread). I understand why there was a 'test' 1 euro payment. I was responding to the fact that some posters implied that they had to do something to pay the 1 euro whereas I haven't had to do anything after setting up the account. Like a DD payment (although technically it is a SEPA payment).
At present I seem to be the only one who has actually used the tag.

You're probably the only one who has actually received one. I have had the 1euro taken but nowt else. I just get errors trying to log in on the app. I will uninstall and reinstall and see if I can get it to work.
 
When I ordered mine back in August it took about 7 days. I think the problems you are experiencing are Black Friday rush+ postal dispute.
I've been waiting for an eBay item posted 14 days ago!
 
Finally got the app to work just need my tag now.
BTW when first attempting to install the app got the mango dating app instead, caution needed.

A few people have theirs. You don’t get a delivery date. You just have to track it from the original email &/or enter the number in the Royal Mail app or website like the rest of us are doing.
 
No likelihood of going anywhere for months so no rush. It can come in its own time. We avoid toll roads usually anyway.

Mine is at Sherborne Post Office and is out for delivery today so when it does arrive I can send my Emovis tag back as that’s the one with the annual charge. Didn’t want to do it until I actually had the tag but didn’t want to forget either in all the chaos of building work plus new kitchen in NY.

Also had an email from Vicarious books to say my ACSI books are on their way so I’m tracking those too. My most exciting Christmas gifts I expect! Having said that I have just bought a De Longhi bean to cup machine!
