Mango toll tag black friday offer

Can you change the vehicle details registration number that was first entered
On the application form

Mine has finally arrived, only problem is there’s no mount!
did anyone else have this issue

Mine came today 😊
I wonder why they recommend placing it in the area shaded by the black dots ?

Yes, in the Mango app go to your account section and change the registration number - it’s that simple.

I opened my account with the registration for Mrs Orion’s little Kia Soul hatchback as we hadn’t taken delivery of the MoHo at that time. Once we had the Adria’s registration number confirmed I switched the Mango tag to it. So for those concerned that MoHos of over 3,500k or marginally over 3m high might be outwith the class 2 camping car class, I doubt you’ll have any problems.

Mine came with two as well, if you want my spare pm me your address and I'll post it to you (y)
Figaro
I’ll bare that in mind as I have contacted customer services so we will see what they say.
it came in a very small letter size plastic bag mail so can see why it didn’t probably fit a mount or I ordered The wrong thing lol.

Because some windscreens are athermic and have an area that isn’t reflective - usually towards the top of the screen and those dots (frits), which are placed all around the perimeter at differing thicknesses, are a good indicator of where the correct zone is at the top. To the right of the mirror is the advised location unless you have a large overhang.

I placed ours bottom corner on the passenger side of the windscreen no problems at all.

This is the tiny green bag they arrive in, I’m sure you haven’t got the spare but they arrive with the tag attached to one. Just in case you were having a senior moment this close to Christmas. I seem to be having a lot!

Because the wind screen is unprotected in that spot, the rest of the window has some sort of film to protect from the UVA, not all screens has this film.

JFYI. Been using the Mango TAG for three days in Europe now. If you have a Motorhome which is tall (mines 3.35m) and long (9.25m) and heavy (7.3T) I doesn’t work virtually anywhere on the French network. I am not certain which of these (all?) breaches their parameters.

I had some success in France using the far left 30kph roll through car only, no lorry lanes (those without height barriers) else it was ‘Je suis un camping car’ on the intercom. Blocking the 30 kph roll through lorry lane was quite effective too, they opened the barrier quickly there. 🤣

In Spain, it’s perfect. Works everywhere. 👍🏻

After waiting for three weeks for my tag I contacted Mango and they dispatched a new one which arrived on the 21 st December.
Arrived home yesterday after Christmas at our daughters and a second one had arrived.
Hopefully I can get on the web and see which one is registered for my account.

Yep, same here grasscutter. I was going to use the second one to arrive as it is numbered ending with 0002.

All the best

Just checked and it seems the second one to arrive is registered to my account.

Ordered in November ...........It took a while, but finally arrived today.
I shall now return the Emovis tag, having been a customer for many years. I just felt they were a little too expensive and didn't reward for continued usage and or loyalty.
Only time will tell if it's been a good move.......

Brilliant to hear.

Ordered mine in November too.

It got to Tyneside sorting office on 20th December and no further information about it as yet.

Might be surprised to find it on the door mat when we get home later next week 🙏🙏

I placed mine high up on the windscreen bang in the middle and has worked very well both in France and Spain. Found out that the easy way is to go through the lorry lane which has the 30 km sign as it works faster.

It’s funny isn’t it, I do the reverse of you and go through the 30kph car lanes which don’t have height barriers… using the lorry lane, they definitely think I’m class 3. 🤦‍♂️

To be honest I did not spot any car lanes without height barriers but I stopped looking after the first couple of times we used them and just kept to the right hand side.
