Might be worth mentioning that you can follow the signs for the Isle of Wight ferry once you're near Lymington.

Pass the ferry terminal, a couple of hundred yards further on is the MacDonald Elmers Court Hotel (SO41 5ZB). Lisle Court Road is the next right, literally just after the hotel. A little ways up the road & the turning for the farm is on the left.
