Lots of FLT at La Zenia (SE Spain)

Of course this only applies to the Municipality of Mazarron, so not a large area.

I tried to copy part of para 2, but copying is barred for copyright reasons.(No hope of carrying a copy to show the police  )

In that para it lists approved vehicles but all under 3500kg, but then says others that are approved under a list of numbers, so we do not know from that if any >3500kg are approved.

Northernraider raider I cycled through Moraira this morning and there were about 30 vans at the back of the carpark. Not as many as when I stayed about 10 days ago but with dozens of cars, the cp and rough area to the rear was rammed.
There were also quite a few vans under the trees on the approach to the town.
Interestingly, we've been at Calp for a while and whilst some vans have been move off rough ground, I've noticed quite a few vans parked up on the road side on the main dual carriage through the town. Every few days the vans change location by a few hundred metres or swop sides of the road, this seems to be a deliberate ploy, but they're still there!
I wonder where they empty 🤔

It was market day today too. That's interesting as according to park4night they'd been moved.

Santa Pola. Rumour has it that the culprits are Danish and paid up with the 50% discount.

For those like me who have never looked up the definition of ‘Camping’ in UK at least, from Wikipedia “Camping is a form of outdoor recreation or outdoor education involving overnight stays with a basic temporary shelter such as a tent. Camping can also include a recreational vehicle, sheltered cabins, a permanent tent, a shelter such as a bivy or tarp, or no shelter at all.” so not the HGV drivers but yes all who park up and sleep inside their Motorhome

And yet UK law categorically states you cannot wildcamp in a vehicle.

So they just pick n choose what parts they want.

If parking a vehicle is parked .. but sleeping in it then turns to camping then hgv drivers are camping regardless of Wikipedia.

That's why in Spain they can't discriminate.
Uk law is and always has been an ass

That’s ok it’s Wikipedia. I’ll alter it later 👍

That's a real bummer as the Playa de la Ermita is our favourite spot, we get our chairs out but only on the beach, no different to someone without a MH. The dogs are gonna be really peed off as they love it there especially if there's a pile of sea grass for them to run up and down and around.
Dogs running around Sea grass? Do you have aquatic dogs🤭
