Cant find the main keys for my Fiat Adria , had them yesterday morning , now they are missing , not in my house , car or anywhere I have been between 9am when I had the keys and 1pm when I could not find them now freaking out ?????????

I have been in a state last few days since my van hit fights with family about it ?? seems thay are blaming me for everything ,, Im worried I will get another heart attack , or tip into another horrible depression , im losing my temper every 5 minutes and feel like smashing every thing all the time

all I want is for it to go away and be on my own

My thoughts too! My van was stolen off my drive just over a year ago. I still peak out the window first thing in the morning (well, my first thing) apprehensively to see if it is still there! Last night I lay awake for hours thinking 'how did they do it!?' it's all stress I don't need.
I remember that story. So outrageous.
Did you ever found out anything from your stolen van?

When we were kids mum and dad hired a Comer camper van. It was parked on waste land near our house on the Saturday ready for off on Sunday.
My sister dropped the keys down a cellar grate out side a shop. The shop was closed and the place the van was hired from was closed until Monday.
Me and dad spent hours on our hands and knees with a magnet on a piece of string fishing for the keys.We were successful eventually but my sister was never allowed near keys again.

Nothing at all. I subsequently had a few health issues obviously caused or not helped by the trauma of it, one of which was a stroke. A few days ago someone came to install a rail on the steps up to the house. I was saying to him that I couldn't understand how thieves could steal a 3.5 ton van from a few yards away from our sleeping heads. Without any pause for thought he said. It's easy. The drive and the road is on a gentle slope. Screwdriver through the door lock. Get inside, break the steering lock with just one loud crack, fit preprepared stick-over number plates, roll it out backwards, turn it down the gentle hill. Pull out the ignition cables from under the dashboard while it's rolling, the engine will be running before the corner, the car that they arrived in would be following. Away in a few minutes! I did wonder how he could work that out so quickly!! I didn't ask him though! He did say, that it's worth more in components than the resale value. It would be in pieces in a few hours! But this is what we innocents are up against. Together with our insurance premiums!! Sleep tight 💖!

Good News

My Daughter found them by accident this morning. In the Cats Basket. ?????!!!! Relief all round. How they got there is a mystery it's on a cat climbing tower nearly 6ft up. She was dismantling the tower for her move to Wiltshire
Do they have a cat-toy-like fob? I could quite easily imagine mine being hauled up to such a perch by a feline.
eta, That's actually my car keys. My main van keys, are on a near fluorescent pink 1m long usb cable tied in a loop like a lanyard, but stiff so it can't settle in a little heap but sticks out visibly unless completely covered, by e.g. sleeping bag . . .
I have plans to attatch some genuinely fluorescent object, as well as one of those phone tracking things, but the pink cable has worked pretty well for nearly 2 years.
