Is there a plan available of where the club and disabled pitches are located relative to everything?
Last year we booked a disabled pitch and then found the MHFUN club pitches were closer to the action than the disabled ones were.

There used to be a plan of all locations sent with your admission pack, hopefully you'll be able to check when you receive it this week , q

I think I might have been slightly off target with my comment, the map and club layout is contained in the programme enclosed with all the bumph in the " Google bag " we're handed on arrival !!! Look forward to seeing you,

Usually you can download the site plan as part of the showguide. Available a couple of days or so in advance if the show from the outandaboutlive.co.uk website.

Is that for 2024? I think that was the 2022 layout and we were where some of CCC is marked in 2023. 2024 as far as I know is yet to be published.

Looks like we will have to give the show a miss sadly… phoned them earlier about not receiving any tickets yet but somehow we are not on their system gremlins at work ..only option they said would be general at the gate costing £100
I usually check the attendees list but couldn’t find it this time sadly

Absolutely a good idea. Not too many fill points and pressure is usually pretty poor.

Thanks, I don't suppose you know if the Saturday shuttle service is dog friendly?

We're not travelling too far so not bothered about chugging along with a full tank.

Jim I am 'that person' I'm afraid. I've just today had confirmation that I will be an exhibitor at the Lincoln show. If champers is unable to attend, would I be able to take up his spot on the MHF field, please? I've filled in the form, just in case. I've been in touch with the show who have said they will see what they can do to site me on the MHF field, and will get me as close as they can if it's not possible for me to camp with you folks.
I like to be more organised than this, but I thought I wasn't going to be needed, and now it seems I am!

Tonks, all the best and hope you get sorted but they told me that a pitch hadn’t been allocated for us and our name hadn’t been sent to the Marshalls alas due to them not receiving our money although I had completed the purchase …gremlin in the works alas …they said nothing could be done other than pitch in general
