Lenny's Wandering around France again.

I can get the motorhome for £177 but plus 2 passengers and a fuel surcharge total £266?
I'm seriously thinking about the hull crossing this year, it's 1 1/2 hrs drive from my house compared with about 5 to 6hrs down to dover.
Some competitive prices including cabin and 2 passengers in January £175.

My mate did that one £141 return.

Just priced hull Rotterdam for June next year £524🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
Lenny ask your mate to get me a price like that😉👍

Have a great break Lenny.

That’s looks more like a campsite than an aire.
Its outside the campsite. Watched this guy put his van in the bottom pitch in one and then drive his car out of the boot.

Looking forward to this thread - enjoy Lenny HB
Is that a Le Voyageur motorhome?
The new road that's opened between Dieppe and Rouen, is it a toll road and if so, what did they charge?
May look at that route for next year.

Didn't get very far today, didn't wake up until gone 9, set off at 12.
After a lunch spent nearly an hour looking for fuel then 1¼ hours queuing for fuel and when I filled the pump didn't cut off and diesel came flooding out lucky it missed me.

Now at Saint-Georges-sur-Cher another free Aire, we are in the overspill area free EHU in the main Aire.

We're a bit ahead of you, heading for the Dordogne. Once beyond Orleans the fuel opens up. No queues near Theillay yesterday at an Intermarche and none again today when we topped up at a Total Energies at Chalus, between Oradour and St Jean de Cole. All free Aires too!

Heading to Brantome tomorrow, after St Jean de Cole. Then Perigueux.
We've spent the night at Bourdeilles Camping-car Park aire. Came here for somewhere to fill up with clean water before moving on. Most people seem to use the same tap for rinsing cassette and filling van, at Brantôme 🤮. (C'est la France 🙂!)
Bourdeilles is worth a trip, if not to stay the night. We'd never heard of it before!
Heading for Perigueux today.
