It aint tight i just grudge paying £35 for 12 litres of gas when lpg is £0.57 a litre.

I ordered new GHICs a couple of weeks ago, not arrived yet.

Ours took 4 weeks, so we were already away as well. In contrast, the French Crit'air sticker took 4 days.

Did you walk into the crater?
I agree it’s nicer than the puy de dome.
we did the dome then went there, got water from the crossing point!
just to drink, very cold on a hot day.

Didn't have time it was getting a bit late but we have done it before.

Hopped on the A75, don't panic it's a free one.

Now at La Couvertoirade, if it's not raining in the morning we will have a look round.
Just watched Moto GP on catchup Internet too iffy last night.

Hopped on the A75, don't panic it's a free one.

Now at La Couvertoirade, if it's not raining in the morning we will have a look round.
Just watched Moto GP on catchup Internet too iffy last night.

lovely little cemetery next to the Aire and the little walled village is an old place with lots of fabulous restaurants.. a good photo opportunity

You are within a short hop of the Med. Are you going to head towards Spain or explore a bit more of France? I wasn't impressed by the nearest bit of coast to where you are now, a bit flat and featureless I thought but it would be interesting to see what you can find around there.
