And a proper curry is made with mutton.

Or goat. My butcher sells it. Big chunks on the bone, slow cooked makes a lovely rich curry.

yes I should probably insisted on it being done in 2009 but the registrar appeared determined to put me off & not wanting to do it. If I had realised what the occasional pain was when living in th UK I'd have had it done before moving to spain.

Wish we could get goat where we live. Our butcher said he can get it as long as we buy the whole one!

What is Vegetable suet? Vegetable suet is a solid looking white fat made from refined vegetable oil. Suggest not the best thing at the moment.

Yesterday wind & rain all day I didn't get out of the van. 'er indoors is a dab hand at emptying the loo now.

Becks have a rear light in stock €131 (£160 in the UK) and they are on the way to Aachen, its the dealer we hired a couple of vans from in 2006 & 2007.

About to set off for the Edersee dam now, windy & showery but supossed to brighten & warmer from 3pm.

I always get sinus problems after a general anaesthetic so it may be that.

Arrived at 5pm, 50km South and over hills, sunny & 18°. Still 16° at 8 pm.
Free overnight, daytime parking 8am to 8pm €3 or €2 for 4hours.

Exactly and since a General Anaesthetic is as close to death you can get without actually dieing you have had 12 rounds with the Grim Reaper do not underestimate the need to rest and recover it will take time, what’s the rush settle somewhere and chill for a good while.

Barmy here at 7:30am outside temp 13° now the suns come up it's dropped to 11.5°.

Weird day for me yesterday, felt OK first thing then got a bit tired and not feeling so good. On route stopped at an Aldi and that really stressed me out, I think it may be breathing with a mask on is causing the problem.
When we arrived here I was totally drained had a ½hr rest and deceded to walk down to the dam as the weather was good. Had to have a few rests on the way there & back.
Got back sat down for 15 min and I felt fine tiredness gone felt great, really weird & feel really good this morning.

Depends on the religion, wife's 2nd cousin in Bangalore is Muslim he eats mutton his wife is a Jane who are vegetarian, Sikhs are vegetarian. Never seen goat eaten in India.

I read that Germany is now requesting anyone who has visited Tier 3 areas from the UK to 14 Quarantine unless they can being proof of a negative Covid test taken within the last 48 hours.

"Northern Ireland, Scotland, North East England, North West England, the Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber and Wales have been designated as high risk areas. From 11.01pm BST on 23 October, the designated high risk areas will be extended to include the whole of the UK Anyone who has been in the designated high risk areas in the two weeks prior to their arrival in Germany is required to proceed directly to their accommodation and quarantine for 14 days or until they can show evidence of a negative test result. Those who can provide evidence of a negative test taken in a European Union member state or a state with comparable quality standards less than 48 hours prior to arrival may be exempted from the requirement to quarantine. Individual federal states are responsible for the implementation of quarantine regulations and local rules may vary."

I do not know why a German announcement specifies the time in BST.
