Lenny's Heading for Germany

May need a bit of help with the van we are south of Dortmund I wouldn't want anyone to go out of their way.
Mi won't drive the van on her own and there is no servicing where the van is and 2nd cassette getting full.

Van location
CC10929
Ringstraße
Wetter, Germany
58300

N 51.38267
E 7.39870

Not urgent yet and do have a shovel on board, we may be FLT but no way will I let her dump it in the river we are next. They may let me out Friday more likely Saturday but don't know if I can drive for a few days.
There is a service point at a dealers about 8km away near the hospital where I am. Friend in next bed has phoned them and it's working.

It's on Tam thread not desperate yet.

My health cover will provide a driver if I'm incapacitated.. I assume you only want it moved a few miles but........

Ah, but you're travelling on your own aren't you? (Nudge nudge, ;) ;))
Any driver sent along won't hang around arguing about it once he is inside and sees your makeup and high-heeled shoes.

(Sorry, no help at all but couldn't resist).

Perhaps one of the German speakers on here could write Mi an explanatory note that she could show to any friendly looking MHers around. I am sure someone would help.

The infection was bad so won't let me out until blood samples are clear still a possibility of tomorrow.
Not feeling quite so good today.
Only natural and to be expected. Rest up today.:hugs:
When I went in as emergency, they held off operation for a week giving me drugs, until gallbladder had settled down enough.

Hope you feel better soon, at least I only break things on my motorhome 😁👍

to make you feel slightly better, Bev once spent the first 10 days of a three week trip to Florida in hospital with this, they didn’t even remove the gall bladder but still charged £55K for the stay 😳

hope your insurance or EH1C is covering everything 👍

Ouch!
Yes all covered by EHC card or whatever its called.

Lenny one thing that might help is if Mi could get to a shop and buy a wide necked water carrier or fuel can or two, as they usually come with a funnel) and decant one of the cassettes. It would take the pressure of you to leave hospital or drive before you are ready.
