I agree entirely Helen. Unless there is a very good reason you should have heard from both of them by now. If it means you incurred some costs I think they should compensate you.

Sitting in carpark waiting for people who went to the beer festival - bright blue sky and the thermometer reads 29C. Summer in Scotland! Enough breeze so no midge - don't get many here anyway. BBQ tonight!!!!!!!
