I'll be up at 5:45 and off from Leeds to Bradford to get the van out of storage (gates open 7:05) On the road by 7:15 about 1:45 journey if traffic is kind. Straight into Asda for derv and lpg at Hartlepool and hopefully meet Mike & Martin for duty dib dib dib

Just gan doon the A19 until you see that big sign saying Hartlepool A179 then carry on until you see that canny big boat then stop before you drop into the watter.

Just put the Coords into the Chinese sat nav without the minus and it took me straight to Jackson's Wharf, sounds about right doesn't it ?

On a lovely little CCc site over looking the sea 5 mins away from Hartlepool lovely and the sun is shining as well just wish we had solar panels looks like our controller may have packed up . Hoping to get sorted in Hartlepool . If anyone knows a supplier please let us know . Kate x

There isn't anywhere in Hartlepool,that I know of if its a new solar controller you need. Nearest would probably be just South of Middlesbrough at Teesside Caravans. Unless you can order one off t'internet and have it delivered overnight to our house and I can bring it to you.
If batteries are the problem there is a Halfords in Hartlepool and I can give you directions.

Croft WMC is a cracking place. Had a music based rally there with the Dark side last year and had a great time.

It's lovely here just walked to beach lovely coastal walks loads of birds nesting in sections of the beach saw seals this morning at Seaton Carew but couldn't take pics will take them on way back home.

That will depend on the tide. They tend to disappear 2 -3 hours before high tide and don't return until 2-3 hours after high tide.
Did you stop and visit the viewing platform?

Kate, we were seconds away from turning off the A1M for Otley Rugby Club, to join you three tonight. Just as well we didn't.

Having phoned ahead to enquire, we are at The Hayes Arms, smack bang on the A19, and about 30 mins away from Hartlepool.
Rita is not hungry, so although we're not dining, I'm off shortly for a couple of pints of Timothy Taylor's Golden Best, or Theakston's Black Sheep.............or both.

Make sure you enter the latitude with a minus sign otherwise you will end up in the drink!

There are two Wetherspoons both about 10 minutes walk away.
However there is a pub, The Jacksons Wharf 50 yards from where you will be parked. They do 2 meals for £10 but FUNSTERS GET 20% DISCOUNT ON FOOD! So that makes two meals for £8. Cheaper than Wetherspoons.
