Is this a "Funster"..????

My understanding of the current regulations is that if you full time in your van, then according to the Corona virus regulations you are classed as homeless and therefore many of the provisions of these temporary regulations do not apply to you.
Too many people make judgments without any knowledge of the true circumstances.
I, as a full timer, have first hand experience of this judgement without knowledge. Provided you are parked legally then the police have no power to move you on or impose a fine.
If you leave a parking place with no evidence of your previous presence than nobody has anything to complain about.

Point 1: I couldn't make out the full number plate, not that I am interested, unless of course it was funny, like NOB1.
Point 2: I really dont want to know where the location is, as if I did, it would probably be listed on Park4nite the next day, destroying it for all.
Point 3: Yes, I would be interested to know where the original occupant was emptying their Black waste as most of the public bogs have been closed for some time.
Point 4: If the original inhabitants left no trace of being there, then hats off to them, wish there was many more of them like that.
Point 5: how likely is it that anyone would approach you and offer a place to dump your Black waste for free?, I think you would probably stand a better chance of winning the lottery, so well done Old Mo for being so thoughtful, your one in a million(y)

All I need to do now is hopefully manage to find a similar spot, when legally allowed to, and not tell anyone where it is.

Its probably already on park4night....there are few places these days that aren't
If mo has seen at least 2 Van's there in the short time this thread has been up theres a good chance its listed somewhere.

His black waste in that location he could probably dig a hole and bury if he had no chemicals in it and it would do no harm. ...but best done discretely.

Just checked "Park4night"................ And it is NOT listed...

And it wont be..... not by me anyway.....

There is an old sign saying car park.... and there is a single barred gate in the open position, but has not been used for a long time...

I'll bet it's on one of the wildcamping groups I'm on in facebook lol

It's rare these days that people find spots purely by chance ....and it's even rarer they keep quiet about it.

Get a life fella! I think the point I was trying to make is that it's quite obvious too many people have had too much time on their hands, and all of a sudden they start becoming lockdown vigilantes.
The owners of that van don't seem to be doing any harm, and in the great scheme of things they're not putting anyone else in jeopardy, as they're pretty much self isolating by the look of it?
If they had crammed onto a crowded beach or hypocritically told us to do one thing, then do the opposite, I would understand. But they're not. They're minding their own business by the look of it?
I wonder how any of the vigilantes would feel if that van owner took a photo of any of them leaving their house, and then put up on an internet forum suggesting that they had been spotted breaking lock down regs? I would imagine they would be outraged!
Boris has pretty much p###ed on his own fireworks about the importance of self discipline and compliance with lock down regs, so I dont blame this chap doing what hes doing in his van, whilst not bothering anyone.
But hey, if you want to think it's me in that van then you crack on!
Remember rule 1 !
