Is the EV motorhome starting to look to be a viable prospect ?

And the same thing could apply for Farmers to produce their own Hydrogen for their vehicles. With Homes that are or are going to invest in Solar spare power could also do the same. Rather than the Government building 10 new nuclear reactors how about using that money to help homes insulate and generate thier own power independently of the grid ? Micro generation is an issue in that the big corporates (mainly owned by other countries) would loose money on this.

Again if there were conversion kits for ICE engines people would start to invest in the Hydrogen economy, its also better for the environment than scrapping all vehicles that are currently on the road and possibly a lot cheaper than converting an iCE vehicle to Batteries.
The only flaw i can see here is that if people were generating their own power then how would these foreign owned fuel and power companies make their extortionate profits and how would the government tax the people generating and using the power, because they don't tax the foreign companies who currently get away with it, and take all of that money out of the UK economy !!

No it won't work for farmers as the cost to build out enough electric generation AND the electrolyser would wipe pretty much any farm out financially.

I don't agree with building new BIG reactors. But I am a big support of the SMR systems such as those by Rolls Royce. These are based on existing technology used in Nuclear submarines and have worked safely for many decades in a much harsher environment that we would need.

Converting ICE engines to hydrogen would not be as trivial as you think. The tank storage for instance is completely different to that used for diesel/petrol. The turbo would need to be replaced alongside many ancillaries. Probably the only thing remaining would be the gearbox.
I suspect even the cylinders themselves wouldn't be any good. So the crank case, crank and flywheel are likely to be the only things carried over

The work required would be far more than that required to swap to batteries.

Just a few links around Hydrogen and Farming

H2 Dual Fuel for Farming (Diesel / Hydrogen ICE engine)
Why Hydrogen is the future Farm Fuel
The Hydrogen Fuel Farm of the Future

Regarding Nuclear any reactor is an environmental threat if Solar and Insulation built in to homes meant we did not have to have reactors then that would be a very good thing.

Punch and others have shown ICE engines can use Hydrogen and conversions could well be something to keep our vehicles on the road which again would be a good thing from an environmental perspective re-use and repurpose is a very green thing todo I have seen costs which are about half that of converting a vehicle to batteries so it is still an option. Never say never.........the future is bright.......the Future is Hydrogen (as part of the energy mix)

Yup this is why the government probably does not want people generating their own electricity and there are currently no financial incentives for people to do so just hear source pumps that require power from the grid.

This looks promising as a base vehicle. It is NOT a traditional ICE vehicle that has been converted like the ford and the merc etc. It is built as an EV from the ground up.

Good range. Nice space to build in etc. good access. I like it.

Looks good;

Annoying I couldn't find the load length...?

However on a 6.5x6.5ft sq 600cft of volume = 14ft approx?

Think it's a little fatter at 6ft8" which us nice for a transverse bed???

The box could be built longer no doubt if required.
