M6 , M5, M50 . Follow M50 all the way until it ends and then take the A49 from Ross to Hereford . Over the river bridge and turn left and left again .

If anyone wants to bring an instrument, I’m sure Geraldine and me could organise a jam session somewhere on the field.

My mum was given Zolendronic infusions every two years after she broke her pelvis, and even though she fell down again, she didn’t break anything. In our area it’s a follow on treatment for women over a certain age who break a bone.

I wish they would do that over the border here. We have to take the weekly tablet and remain upright and not have first thing cup of tea. Remembering which day of the week it is and not staggering with eyes half shut to the kettle is really hard! I did ask for the injections but was refused.
